Jeff Edwards

Jeff Edwards is a survivor of the Aberfan disaster. As an eight-year-old, he was the last child pulled alive from the rubble, where a coal waste tip buried his school, killing 144 people. Edwards has since become a prominent advocate for trauma support and has influenced the Hillsborough Charter, a blueprint for Welsh public services to provide real care to victims of tragedies.
