Jake Hoot is an American country music singer who rose to fame after winning season seventeen of the popular singing competition show, The Voice. Born in 1989, he started his music career as a member of the band Love & Theft before auditioning for The Voice. As a contestant, Hoot wowed the judges with his powerful performances and eventually took home the title of season seventeen winner.
