Huyayy ibn Akhtab was a leader of the Banu Qaynuqa tribe, one of the first tribes to be expelled from Madinah. He is mentioned in the Hadith as a clear and hostile enemy of the Prophet Muhammad and the Muslims. He is also known for his role in the Battle of Khaybar.
