Fred West was a British serial killer and convicted murderer. He was born in 1941 and grew up in a troubled home. West was known for his brutal crimes, which included the murder of several women and children. He was arrested in 1994 and was later convicted of multiple counts of murder. West died in prison in 1995. He is considered one of the most notorious serial killers in British history.
