François Pienaar

François Pienaar is a South African rugby union player and politician. He was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and played rugby for the Springboks from 1987 to 1997. Pienaar served as captain of the Springboks during their 1995 World Cup victory. He later became a politician and served as Minister of Finance in the National Party government.
