Born in 1907, Delp was a prominent figure in the German Catholic Church and served as the pastor of the St. Michael's Church in Munich. He was a vocal critic of the Nazi regime and was arrested and imprisoned for his opposition to the war. Delp was eventually executed in 1945, but his legacy as a martyr and a champion of peace continue...
