Fermo Dante Marchetti

Italian composer and pianist

Fermo Dante Marchetti was an Italian composer and pianist born in 1855 in Florence, Italy. He studied music at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome and later became a professor of piano at the Conservatorio di Milano. Marchetti was known for his compositions for solo piano and chamber music. He was also a skilled pianist and performed in several concerts throughout his career. Marchetti passed away in 1934.
