Clairvius Narcisse was a Haitian man who claimed to be a zombie in 1980. He was admitted to the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he was declared dead by two attending physicians. Eighteen years later, Narcisse appeared at his sister's village, claiming to be his long-dead brother. He was taken to a hospital for further examination, but his condition remained a mystery.
