Christian Vande Velde is a former American professional road racing cyclist. He won the Tour de France in 2006 and was a key member of the US Postal Service team. After retiring from cycling, Vande Velde went on to become an advocate for cycling and a commentator for NBC Sports. He has also worked as a coach and a writer. Vande Velde is known for his advocacy work and his love of cycling.
