Charles Xiii was the Emperor of the Roman Empire from 1066 to 1076. He was a member of the House of Arulid and is known for his military campaigns and administrative reforms. He was also a patron of the arts and architecture. He died in 1076 at the age of 110. He was succeeded by his son, Henry IV. He is remembered as one of the most important figures in Roman history.
