Chandrajit Choudhury is an Indian economist and banker. He served as the Chairman of the Reserve Bank of India from 2013 to 2016. Choudhury has a strong background in monetary policy and has written extensively on the subject. He is a fellow of the Indian National Academy of Sciences and has received several awards for his contributions to economics.
