Cecilia Fontana de Heber was a Uruguayan activist and mother of Luis Alberto Heber. She was a prominent figure in Uruguayan social movements and was known for her work on human rights and social justice. Fontana de Heber passed away in 2018 after being poisoned with a wine that she had been drinking.
