Brian Driscoll

Brian Driscoll is an American law enforcement executive who served as the Acting Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from January to March 2023. He was the first African American to hold the position. Before becoming Acting Director, Driscoll served as the Executive Assistant Director of the FBI's Criminal, Cyber, and Intelligence Division.
