Birgit Jürgenssen is an Austrian body artist and photographer. She has exhibited her work in several galleries and museums, including the Museum of Modern Art in Vienna. Jürgenssen is known for her use of the human body as a subject, often exploring themes of identity and culture. She has also been involved in several performance art projects, including a collaboration with the artist Marina Abramovic.
