Andrea Nieves is a Venezuelan-American activist. She is a prominent figure in the movement to defend the Venezuelan Embassy in Washington, D.C. Nieves has been involved in various human rights and social justice causes throughout her career. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and later earned a master's degree in international relations from the University of Miami.
