Ali Sheik Ahmed Abubakar is a Somali academic and politician. He is a nephews of former Somali President Mohamed Siad Barre. He has a PhD in education and has worked as a professor at the University of Mogadishu. He is currently the vice president of the Mogadishu University Council. He has been involved in various educational initiatives in Somalia and has written several papers on education policy.
