YouTuber Murders Pregnant Girlfriend, Sentenced

She was 15 weeks along with his child when he beat, strangled, and stabbed her in her lurgen home back in December 2022. The motive stemmed from messages she sent to other men. To create an alibi, McCullough pre-recorded a 6-hour gaming video and uploaded it as a live stream at 6 p.m. on a Sunday. This led him slip away from Lisburn by bus to commit the crime, then take a taxi home after missing the last train. The jury of six men and six women deliberated for two hours before delivering a unanimous guilty verdict. McCullough showed no reaction, while the judge thanked jurors for handling difficult evidence and praised the McNally family for their composure. Throughout the trial, overnight, YouTube deleted McCullough's main account, which boasted 44,000 subscribers. Police had demonetized the fake stream earlier, though other videos could still generate income.
