Denver voters approved a tax hike in 2022 to fund much-needed sidewalk repairs, and after a lot of back-and-forth from City Council, those repairs are finally underway. Not only do sidewalks make pedestrian life safer and urban transit more accessible, but they are also an important indicator of a healthy city.
