I know. It’s the sad reality though, unless you can be calm and confident, your dog will always be picking up cues from you- wether you use positive training or an E- collar!
Here I go through my best tips to help you, so that you can move forward together.
I also suffer with anxiety but, through personal growth (and God) it has vastly improved, so I empathise with your pain and promise there is a way through it!
