In this episode, I’m getting real about something we all deal with: doubt. That quiet voice that creeps in when you're about to do something bold… the one that asks, “What will people think?” or “Am I really cut out for this?” I’ve been there — hell, I’m still there some days. But I’ve learned that doubt doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path… it usually means you’re right where you need to be.

I’m sharing how I’ve navigated self-doubt, especially as someone chasing a big, public goal of becoming a professional CrossFit athlete, while running a business and showing up online. I’ll talk about why you’re not supposed to be liked by everyone, how to filter out the noise, and how to start living in alignment with your values — not someone else’s expectations.

This isn’t about toxic positivity. It’s about owning your path, walking through the fear, and proving to yourself that you’re more than capable.
