Melissa meets Danielle at Envy to discuss the models for the upcoming fashion show and the bottle incident. Meanwhile, Delores informs Teresa and Jenn Aydin about a text Jackie sent to Margaret, accusing Jackie of using Teresa for her popularity to sell books. Margaret visits Rachel, discussing Rachel's daughter's medical procedure and the stress over a recent PCA test. At the gym, Delores and Paul work out, where Delores asserts her autonomy regarding body choices, despite Paul's disapproval of surgery. Delores also comments on Jackie's apparent hatred toward her.

At the party, tensions flare as Jenn Aydin criticizes Danielle and questions Teresa's desire to include her in their circle. Gia advises Teresa on dealing with Jackie, suggesting she reveal Margaret's past actions. The party sees confrontations between Jenn Aydin, Danielle, and others, leading to a heated exchange and a drink thrown by Danielle. The episode ends with lingering tensions and unresolved conflicts among the cast members.
