I hope you find great value in today's episode. I wanted to just remind you of an idea called the democratization of leadership. So you could lead without a title and you don't want to base your leadership on your position because that puts you in a very vulnerable position. That way, if you lose your title, you lose to power. I want you to lead from your not from your authority, but from your morality. People follow people they trust. People follow people they respect. People follow people who care about them. People follow

1:01people and make them feel safe. So remember not to lead with a title, but to lead with your character, lead with your kindness, lead with your vision, lead with your bravery, lead with your creativity, and build leaders at every level of the organization. If you have a 50-liter company, well then see each person is a leader that waiting to be developed. If you have 100 employees or a thousand employees, and see it as a 1000-liter company, you'll be undefeatable if you have a thousand leaders at every level of the organization. So please remember, lead without a title. Please remember your job is to build leaders and mentor leaders and spend time with them. Don't be busy being busy. Be busy building more leaders. And ultimately, lead by example, LBE, one of my favorite acronyms, your behavior sends a message to everyone on the shop floor as to the behavior that's permitted.

2:03So when you're ethical, they'll be ethical. When you're passionate, they'll be passionate. When you're working hard, they'll be hard. When you're finding solutions to problems versus complaining, they'll be doing the same. So culture is your seat where it weapon and you build culture from the talk.
