0:00Hi, it's Robin Sharma and welcome to Daily Mastery. This is my short form podcast. We're all walk you through the insights, methodologies and tactics that I've shared with many of the world's most successful people as their mentor, including celebrity billionaires, NBA superstars, world-class artists, and global humanitarians. I hope you find great value in today's episode. Hi, thanks for being with me in this podcast episode. It was all about what I call the productivity philosophy. I will jump right in for you and I'll start with an idea, which is energy is born for it than intelligence. So part of the productivity philosophy is remembering if you want to be more productive than heightened your energy, because without stamina, without energy, your mighty mission, your personal, mount Everest will never get done. So don't only think about
1:03time management or project management. Think about energy management. For me, fasting is powerful. Daily exercise is powerful. Eating clean is powerful. Having a non-toxic ecosystem around me, very powerful. Second idea. Enthusiasm. When you do something that fills your heart with joy, even though the world calls it work, you will be more productive. For me, when I shoot this podcast for you, when I work on my books, when I deliver to Kino, the people around me say, Rob, and you work very hard. Even when I talk about work, I put it in air quotes because to me, it's fun. So pursue your enthusiasm and because you love the meal work harder, you'll get better, you'll continue in difficult times, and you'll have a great time doing it. Third and final idea I will offer to you is meaning. So I want you to find a cause that's larger than yourself and donate the rest of your life for it. It's when you have a cause, when you feel you're of service,
2:08this word service is so important to productivity. If you are doing something just for the money or just because it's your job, you will never get to be IW best in the world at it. But when you are doing something because it's your oxygen, when you are pursuing your project X because you know, it's what you're on the planet to do. When you're pursuing a cause that's larger than your own life, you play with the giants and you dance with the angels and you push magic into the marketplace and you don't give up when things get hard, which of course they will. And when you do it, your heart is filled with joy because you're in from enough service making the lives of other people better. So I wanted to offer you these ideas on productivity so that you bring on your fire and you do great things in the world. Thanks for being with me. I'll talk to you soon. Hi, it's Robin Sharma. I hope you've received strong value from today's episode. I encourage you
