About this episode
Being a city manager can be a tough, lonely job. But, I am here to tell you that you are not alone and that there is an entire community of professionals that want to help you succeed. In this episode, I lay out my three primary objectives for this podcast: (1) build a community for ambitious city managers and public sector executives, (2) help you with your personal and professional development, and (3) create an advocacy/crisis response mechanism so that we can help protect and preserve the reputations of city managers who are being unprofessionally targeted and fired.
