Yazeed Trial: Aniah Blanchard's Brother Testifies

The trial is now underway for Ibrahimia Zid, who's accused of kidnapping and killing 19-year-old Anaya Blanchard back in 2000, 19. Prosecutors from the Alabama Attorney General's office are handling the Capitol murder case in Tuskegee, Alabama, where they've already shown video of. Yazeed inside her SUV, laid on the night of October 23rd. Witnesses have started taking the stand, including a woman who was with Yazeed right before Blanchard vanished, and a cashier from the Chevron station, where surveillance caught them on camera. Anaya's older brother Elijah gave some of the most moving testimony, sharing how he was the last person to see her alive after she dropped him off, at his Auburn home following the funeral trip. The courtroom is packed with family, friends, and even strangers drawn to this case that's almost seven years old. Anaya's law, passed in her honor, now keeps violent offenders from getting bond in Alabama.
