Woman Stabs Boyfriend to Death in Argument

Wilhelmina Lay Carlton is accused of killing Darius Montreal-Bogland during an argument at a home on Avenue B. Police responded to the scene around 7.49 pm on March 4 and found Bogland wounded in the driveway. He was pronounced dead shortly after, at 8.10 pm, and Carlton was arrested right there on the spot. She's been in Jefferson County, jail, without bond since March 5, with court records pointing to a grab from behind as the trigger.
