Woman Killed, Suspect in Custody in Cumberland County

0:00On March 13th, here's the latest out of Durham. A woman was shot and killed Thursday night in a Grey's Creek neighborhood in Cumberland County, North Carolina. Deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office rushed to the scene in the 4800 block of Back Bay Road, off Tom Starling Road East, of Interstate 95. They found her dead from gunshot wounds right in front of the home. Officials have not released her name yet. The Sheriff's Office says this was not a random act and there's no ongoing threat to the public. A suspect is now in custody.
