Wisconsin Badgers Land Top In-State Recruits

Twin Brothers, Hunter and Reese Malinger from Sussex Hamilton committed Wednesday evening. Hunter's a four-star interior offensive lineman ranked number four in the state by both 247 sports and on three. Reese sits at number 10, both pulling three-star overall ratings. These six-foot-six beasts tip the scales at around 285 to 290 pounds. They've got experience at both tackle and guard in high school, perfect for big 10 battles. Reese had 14 power-four offers like Missouri and Iowa State while Hunter racked up 18, including Duke and Kentucky. The commitments mark Wisconsin's sixth and seventh pledges, this cycle, and every single one hails from the Badger State. Now they've got seven of the top 10 prospects in Wisconsin locked in, flipping the script on in-state recruiting under head coach Luke Fickle.
