Wisconsin Badgers Hire Alumni Relations Director

0:00On March 25, Wisconsin Badgers football has faced tough times under head coach Luke Fickle over his first three seasons with the 20. 25 campaign marking their worst record since 1990. Fans and alumni grew frustrated with repeated losses and a shift away from the program's blue collar run heavy roots. To course correct, Fickle fired offensive coordinator Phil Longo mid-season in 2024 and brought in Jeff Grimes who focuses on the ground game that defined past success. Alumni voice strong displeasure on social media highlighting concerns over the program's direction and Fickle's outsider status which strained ties with the loyal base. Now the team is hired former fullback Brady Ewing as director of alumni relations. A walk on who became captain from 2007 to 2011 Ewing helped win back-to-back Big Ten titles and later worked as an on assistant strength coach.
