TOMORROW October 26th, I will be teaching a donation based yoga class benefitting local veterans. In the episode, you'll hear my friend Jeff Blaze as he talks about the tradition he created years ago in Illinois and it has spilled over to Kansas feeding almost 1000 veterans on Veteran's Day. A great cause!
