Patreon.com slash Hard Factor if you need more Hard Factor. What you may. Today, Pat, you are up first, my friend. What do you got? A little inter-office drama amongst the DC National Guardsmen women that led to one Guardsmen in jail with a felony. It seems like one of the, it's a high drama, like what Squadron, is that what they call it? Yeah, I think so, I think, I think. I think we're releasing World Squadron at the DC. You didn't used to be. Now, it used to be like walking the park and now it's literally. Yeah, and then I have to- No, they're still walking in the park. Well, right. But with a lot more charged energy in there, it seems like. Well, TRT. That. Oh. Polarization. All this stuff. People, bad vibes. Okay.

And then I've got, I've got on deck. Anything you guys noticed about my outfit today? It's tickles all LSU. It's LSU gear. It's all Louisiana State University gear. That's right. Well, that's because they've actually made the headlines once again. But this time, the SEC is taking it to the next level. LSU could be expelled. Whoa. Okay. Cool. The football team. The whole team. The whole school. You didn't know that you could, that your school could get expelled from school. It could happen. It could happen. That's kind of bad ass. It's a little too to get expelled. I'm written for them to get expelled. We'll get into it, but I'm rooting for the spell this. Expulsion. Cool. I definitely expelled this. In fact, I've got that picture up. Whoa. We can bring that up. I've got that picture on the wall right here. I'll expel this. It's what. Bless me out. Bless you. Bless you, Wes. Thank you, Wes. Wow. Bless you, Wes.

Wes you, Wes. What is it? Is it an allergy season in Austin? You got to go to the next level. I don't know. Every time, every now and again, you just gotta have three sneezes. True. All right, Wes, what do you got to go to? Thank you. I think I got my eyes are okay now. They never thought that was gonna go away. That's gonna rip those things out. I've got a I got goats. I got baby goats and hilarious. It's it's alarming, but it's also fucking hilarious what happened with these baby goats down the North Carolina and making national news. And it's kind of a parents' worst nightmare. I'll tell you all about it. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Yeah. Um, real quick on the college football topic before we get an LSU. I just do want to say well because I watch that game, the Michigan Western Michigan game and uh, full on flipped it over to the LSU game and said, well, cool, cool. Bye. Um, we'll see that one later because that one's over and then flip back and said, what the heck? And then kind of tuned it out and then text it with you and you said, did what you did? Yeah. You said there's photographic evidence. So I

I want to an rabbit hole today. No, the DDS put it out like the yeah, it's crazy. Uh, so I got a I got to take umbridge with what the uh, what what what I guess the network put out as it relates to the game clock right showing that there was one second left on the clock. Thanks for letting me missed it. No, no, I'm I'm I'm I'm just be done all about it. Yeah. It's okay. So it's a very good idea to me. It's a clear day. It's a huge issue. It's itchy eyes. If you watch the sink, if those videos were sink, if you if you watch the broadcast, clearly the clock had zero, but but the video that they dropped right what is a, um, them slow motion moving back and forth. Well, number 18 on Western Michigan grabs the ball and there's one second on the clock. Here's my issue. It's a still frame of of one second. Okay. Well, but they did video right when over one second of time is a lapsing on what they're cutting back and forth to. It never changes to zero

and it never goes to two. It just stays at one and it just the most acidine stupid video as an example of the fact that there should be one second left because there's no clock. They're moving one over one second section. The pro one second people have released some. The pro one section second people are so stupid. They're saying it's pretty clear as day. It's just they freeze framed one second on the right hand side of the frame. What did the next put out the actual actual thing and it's at zero. One of the plays. Well, okay. So the deal is here's the rule. Well, if there's a discrepancy between the game clock, the broadcast clock and the game clock, the rule is to go with the broadcast clock. Well, that's crazy. That's what it is. Go with the clock. Not the official clock on the field. If there's a discrepancy figured out, they stopped the steel basically. They did what Donald Trump tried to do in 2016. Michigan just they stopped the results

and then the Mac is coming. The Mac is fighting it now. The Mac initially lay down. They're coming back out saying what excuse me. Well, yeah, because everybody's like, what are you doing? They obviously cheated. I mean, which they did, but whatever. And every every analyst is being a big pussy too that's paid by the networks. I was watching the Florida State game last night. I mean, Michigan's obviously going to suck. And they brought it up and no one had the balls to disagree with the fucking ruling. They were just like, wow, you know, Michigan really pulled it out. And then they're what a miracle. They just all plus the refs. Dick's so hard. It's so stupid. I hope they expel us. LSU the entire university. Anyways, we'll get to that second. We'll get to that. Okay. All right, guys, let me take you back to the summer or September of 2025 last year. Okay. The US Army last year put out a new directive for updated appearance, grooming, and army body composition program standards. Okay. Okay. Why you might ask? Well, you already know.

We're more jacked. Kind of, but to quote, remove ambiguity. And I don't know if that means ambiguity in terms of, hey, say something. So I can tell if you're queer or not, or ambiguity in terms of the standard of grooming. I don't know. Okay. Because they ironically removed the remove ambiguity part of the of the of the the release. Right. So it initially said remove ambiguity. Then they retract. They removed that and then re-release. It's like that language. Right. Because it to me at first, it read, I just want to know if you're queer or not. But then I thought, okay, maybe it's ambiguity. Like, can I have this haircut or not? If I'm queer, and I just realized I had no idea what ambiguity means. Yeah. Yeah. And big. How am big years, you boy? Can't nail it down. Unshore could be could be not. Say something. So I can tell if you're Hawaiian or not. The ambiguous. Okay. I got it. I'm looking at okay. I was right. I was looking at a different definition. I'm confused by a definition. Okay. Gary and Ace were a great. That's right. Okay. So guys, previously in the AR670-1 regulation,

men were allowed to have haircuts that were described as quote neatly groomed or neat and conservative. But new updates prescribe a very precise length and style. So here's what it says. Men should have quote tapered or faded haircuts. Okay. That are quote evenly blended around the sides and back with a maximum of two inches of length on top, one inch on the sides and back of their heads. Yeah. Okay. The state true that state trip a state trooper look. It also breaks down specific standards that were previously regulations, right? Emphasizing a quote more natural look. Okay. And that that comes that that deals with makeup for women and nail length. Because we like our ladies now. Let me look way more beautiful when you don't have makeup on when you look at natural. Look at nail length. The only thing I would say about that is you should not be wearing fake nails if you have to do shit with your hands. True. That's very true. That's just common sense. Yeah. So when it comes to makeup, more natural look. Men are still not allowed to wear

any makeup unless allowed by a medical waiver like JD Vance has where he has an eyeliner waiver. Women who wear makeup, they have to keep it a quote conservative application that matches their quote natural complexion. Yeah. So you don't want to know horse and war. Exactly. No horse in our wars. No horse and our wars. No horse wars. Well, and you don't want the boys getting riled up like that training. She's all done up. Yeah. Boys will be boys. Yeah. A lot of men just not hard to roll them up. Yeah. A lot of sexual assault in the military. I'll tell you that much. Anyway, let's say that's bull. Yeah. Oh, big time. Big time. Kate told me a really creepy story where I don't know if I can tell this story. Football is back. And so are the predictions who makes the playoffs? Who wins their division? superior who was like, come sit down in this bed. I'm in your room. And she's like, what the fuck are you doing in my room? How did you get my room? It's just a bunk. Got a key to my room. And then you were waiting for me when I got back. That's I order you to sit on this bed soldier. Well, that's where that's where the conflict of interest is. West because they're literally your changing your command. You know, I got a chain command right here. And on one hand, you're taught to do everything you're superior. You're says that on the other hand, this person's here to sexually assault you. Yeah, the insubordinate now. Come on. Sit on this bed here. Come on. Troop. Sit on this bed. Troop. Come on, Marine. Sit on this bed, lady Marine. Let's talk about it. Okay. So let's go over to our hometown city of Washington, DC, where as you remember, on a kind of an emergency order issued by President Donald Trump last summer, DC has had the pleasure of between 2500 and a record high of 5,400 national guards men and women. That's this month. We have 54 up there. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And they were carrying out. Yeah. I mean, yeah. At first,

it was like, all right. They like broke bus up the gangs or whatever. And then it was okay. Yeah. And since then they've been mowing lawns picking up snow over the winter, picking up trash. So what are their presence? Well, most importantly, they're normalizing the presence of military and our streets ahead of the next coup attempt that as well as picking up trash and stuff. They're just hanging out. They're just hanging out out there on the streets. Who cares, though? It's only cost. I kind of like it. I kind of like it if I go to DC and I see a bunch of troops, to be honest with you, like that. Yeah. Yeah. Why not? Yeah. They hand it around there. Sure. Yeah. I like them just at attention. You know what I mean? Yeah. I feel very British to me. It feels very, uh, like, to me. The British have all those like troops that just stand there. They can't move, you know? It's like, yeah. I mean, if you could mess with them a little bit and they had this had to stay, you know, perfectly still, that'd be better. They'll just, they'll just punch you with their rifles or what's the point? Well, the point of it is again, it's because Donald Trump has a hard on for like mill, for like, you know, military dictatorships. And he like wants it

to be like that. It gets him going. And look, guys, it only costs us 1.9 billion thus far. Okay. And it's going to cost a nominal $3 billion total by the time 2029 comes around. So that's all good. $3 billion only covers up like an imminent terrorist attack in DC or something. There will be when when the Patriots come to town to, to steal the election from him. I don't know. Look, they're just there. Okay. And it's cost us a lot of money. And $3 billion is only a few hours of federal government's total interest payments. So it's not a big deal. Just a couple hours of interest we're spending with our massive debt. So not a big deal, but we've been there. Okay. And uh, that's right. That's a lot, Willie. That's a lot. Some, some, some countries are offloading their bonds and their treasuries. Some countries are doing that. And well, let's check it on a group of eight national guards of men and women from Georgia who were hanging out back on August 25th, take a little break from their patrol duties. And they were sitting parked in a black van in

front of a Popeyes on H street in North East DC. Okay. Have it a lunch break parked in the van. Okay. And naturally, guys, when you have eight co-workers hanging out, some ball busting's going to take place. Yes. You know, so it's almost exclusively what takes place in a lot of those situations. Yeah, it's just bust and balls in between trash. It's almost complete silence until somebody's balls are busted. While you're eating fried chicken, yeah, you're going to bust some balls while you eat. You're going to bust some balls. That's for sure. Uh, and apparently, uh, 21 year old specialist Zion Mitchell and a lady guardsman who's referred to as NJ in this story just for initials, we're chatting about the army's new stricter grooming standards and things got a little bit heated. Okay. Apparently, specialist Mitchell didn't like that NJ was clowning his hairstyle. Okay. Um, he didn't like it so much that he pulled out his weapon and he pointed it at her. That hairstyle is regulation. Correct. We don't know. I guess there was an argument taking place. It could be regulation. She was saying, maybe it's not. He really didn't like that. Zion

did not like that. Uh, shit is not ready. Yeah. Courted court documents. Um, Zion told the New Jersey guards member, um, that he would quote, slap the Jackson five out of you during the back and forth and eventually she told him to shut the fuck up. Okay. And I mean, those are just like pretty word low bar so far. Sure. Uh, well, yeah, making fun of a haircut is pretty standard, uh, ball busting. Right. Uh, you're not even regulation. She said something like that probably and he said, I'll show you regulation. I'll slap the Jackson five out of you and then she said shut the fuck up. I'll slap the black out of you. It could be. Uh, it could be, but his name is Zion. So I think he's black as well. Uh, probably. He thinks so. Uh, but that's when she heard a holster click. Uh, yeah. The, uh, the guards member was sitting in the front seat and she couldn't see Zion Mitchell's gun

in the third row of the van, but heard another guard member tell him to put that up. You almost shot me in the hand. So he got so mad that he, he drew his service weapon and, um, fired a warning shot. He didn't fire warning shot, but he was thinking about it and the guard, the guard member sitting next to him and the van said, why would you do that? I'm staying. And Zion Mitchell responded. It doesn't matter. It was on safe. Okay. And well, no, I mean, Zion, that's not, I'm sure that this is a, this is an incident report. Oh, it's a full on arrest with felony charges. Yeah. You know, you're going to get a report for your weapon. Now guys, the way that Mitchell tells it, Zion Mitchell, he retells the events. He, he said, yeah, he pointed his pistol at the lady soldier. Okay. Yeah, I drew my gun and pointed it at my coworker. Sure. I did that. But, but safety, he was on safe. So it doesn't matter. And he described it as a quote playful argument. Okay. And part of a playful banter that was taking place, he also told investigators that he aimed at the pistol at her,

but it was pointed at a roughly 45 degree angle downward, not at her head. So he aimed it at a vagina. Right. He's in the third row. Right. And he takes it out, points it at her head. It would have hit her in the chest. Probably over. Yeah. I mean, it wouldn't kill her instantly. Why? You just, it doesn't, doesn't, I don't know, Zion could be from the country. I have no idea. Well, they're all from Georgia, probably. I mean, Georgia's a pretty rural state. They talk to pretty much all other seven or six guardsmen who are witnesses. And they have different narratives about what they saw and heard during the argument. Witness for confirmed that it was, quote, a dispute about hair. But also suggested that the two soldiers, quote, do not get along after she rejected his advances. Yeah. No, that sounds like a pro about right. I mean, when you think about it, that's a, that's a real powder keg of an environment. You're in a, what month was it? This is August 25th.

Yeah. So it's August, it's August. You're in a black van and you're eating chicken with eight other people. And then some broad starts running her mouth about your hair, not regulation, not being not regulation. That's, it's going to get a little heated. Yeah. But pulling your gun west is never a problem. But this is, this is a learning. It was on safe. Well, it was on safe. This is learning opportunity for everybody. That hot van. What do you think that conversation was like? It was like she was talking about the grooming standards. She's like, yeah, I mean, like, they're different. And everyone said hearing to them on like Zion, everybody is so sick of these two arguing with each other. Everybody else was just happy that one of them got, got fired because like, they can't, Zion and, and the, who's the, who's the victim? NJ. NJ. Jersey. Nobody can stand them being together and arguing like this all day. When everybody else is trying to eat the chicken. Yeah. Zion, what's the problem? And you got a full bucket of chicken in front of you. Why don't you relax? Why are you upset, Zion? You have,

you got the green beans. Somebody said that, Wes. Yeah. You got the masher's. They gave you an extra biscuit. Yeah. Chill out, Zion. I know that she, she quelled your advances and she doesn't want to bang you. And I know that makes you angry, Zion. And then you know your haircut looks ridiculous. And you know that it's not regulation. And then you think NJ is not rubbing it in though. I mean, this is a two way, this is a two way street. Well, this is a little bit more intel here for you guys. Okay. Two national guards who were witnesses told, please, they personally saw Zion Mitchell point his weapon at NJ. Well, three others said they didn't see nothing. Exactly. Right. Three others were like, I'm sick of NJ. It's shit talking. Right. However, what other guardsman also said they saw Zion playing with his holster. And a second said he, quote, unclicked it. Witness number three said that Zion's fire was loaded and there was a route in the chamber. Okay. How could they hear with all the chewing going on? Right. The bag shuffling. You got a guy's eating chicken in a van. How can you hear

a thing? You know the AC's on to the right. Yeah, everyone's complaining about all hot it is. Anything. Yeah. So we haven't seen anything though. So I mean, there you go. I ain't seen nothing. Those are Zion's boys. Here's a little bit more background. One guard member told the police that Zion, quote, picks on people. And another member said that Zion, quote, likes to threaten women. Oh gosh. Okay. So this is like a, this is a click thing. There's one Zion is the, the head of one click and NJ is the head of the other click. And then they, they, they got into a gun drawing argument. It could be hot chat. Or it could be that Zion's, so hands a hot head with an inferiority complex. It's both. It's both. And NJ also definitely probably talks a whole rack of shit. So I'm guessing that this is just a, the most annoying place to work of all time. And most people

probably just don't want to be involved. But now they have to be because they're right. Well, especially not the DC police who were initially told that the National Guardsman and Women were there to help them fight crime. Had to come arrest Zion for committing a crime against NJ. He got charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. The weapon being the firearm possession of a firearm during a crime of violence. I don't know if you could put that one on him because I mean, they throw the book when you're, you know, working in, do this. Right. A DC judge decided to hold him in jail with no bond. So he's in, he's in the tombs there. A little unfair hanging in DC J. It's the last place you want to be. It's in the wash. It sounds like this kind of, you know, argument should be handled internally. Nothing happened. There was no that no one got injured. Yes, you got to understand the context of the hot chicken van. Yeah, you got to take everything into account. It's a hot black van with eight people in there eating chicken. It's a situation.

Sure. The powder keg. Yeah. You're sweaty. They mowed the lawn of the national mall earlier that day. Yeah. Yeah. Nothing, nothing excuses abuse of a coworker, but at the same time, tensions are high in the black chicken van on August 28th or whatever. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure there was an incorrect order that happened. Someone's upset about that. Mm-hmm. My high is that my coleslaw getting lined up. Eating coleslaw in the van threatening women. Oh, so many spilled little pieces. Hey, I think that's my coleslaw. Okay, now Zion. Now Zion. It's a nightmare. It's the first already at his meals. We first said your hair is looking great and regulation. I know how you care about the regulations, I and your hairs within them. Yeah, it's a let this one go. It sounds like Zion has like dreads or something. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. He does not have dreads because that's

absolutely not allowed within the new. He's got some type of hairdo that is allowed by their superior, which is probably technically not supposed to be or something and she's talking it and then could be a little bit ambiguous. He's got. Yeah, he's got a misshaped head that doesn't look like when it's sure. Yes, has had long hair and then now has a very weird shaped head. Yeah, pointy head. Mm-hmm. So if he has a pointy head and Jay, that's really on her because she's the one who egged that on. If the head is pointy. Yeah, and it is. Well, then we're going to have to have like, yeah, it's going to have to be like a OJ moment. Head looks like a like a lava mountain. I have to show this guy's head to everybody and then we're have to decide. Was it for her comments? Worthy of the gunball. Because there's some stuff that ladies can say, you know. Yeah, that man, that man was 120 degrees. He was working with their after being rejected by her already. This guy's life is in shambles.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Man. Well, you know what? Maybe. Maybe that dude should have popped an ultra pouch after his meal of chicken. Instead of getting so upset, you know, maybe it would have made him expand his mind, focus, think a little bit. Do the drawbacks of nicotine, which include vasto constriction, gum damage, over stimulation? Do they completely outweigh the benefits? Sometimes. Can happen, yeah. It can. Sometimes they might. That's why I started taking ultra pouches and they've been a complete game changer for my focus and energy levels. Look, West had the tin right there. First off, these pouches are completely nicotine free and caffeine free. Okay. And you're probably thinking if they don't have nicotine or caffeine and I'm how how are how do they work? How do they make me focus? Because they do. That's a great question. Ultra partnered with leading neuroscientists to design these pouches. They use

clinically proven dutropics and adaptogens to deliver immediate focus and smooth energy that lasts one to two hours per pouch. More specifically, they use affinity PX, a cleaner, smoother energy boost and caffeine, L-theanine and amino acid promoting calm, energy and attendiveness, alpha, GPC, and dutropic for enhanced mental processing and vitamin B, B6 and B12 for balance, energy and mood. 90% of users saw significant improvements in their overall focus levels. They have five insanely good flavors, cool mint, crisp and refreshing, winter green, icy and fresh, tropical, juicy and vibrant, watermelon, sweet and punchy. And my personal favorite, blue razz, sweet and tart. What do you guys like? I'm a mint winter green guy when it comes. Yeah, winter green is what I'm on right now. I like that fresh breath aspect of. Yeah, me too. Yeah, delicious. You know, I'm a little fruity. But ultra is the ultimate guilt-free pouch,

delivering instant focus and mental clarity without nicotine or caffeine. New customers can use code hardfactor to get 15% off at takeultra.com. Ultra pouches the best. And so now we're going to talk about the SEC and Lane Kiffin and LSU. So if you guys heard anything about this yet, anything about this saga of what's been happening? I just, isn't there like a player that is really controversial that maybe he's not eligible for some reason? Multiple players. There's two defensive players, I believe. I don't I can't remember exactly, but two players in particular who are trying to join the LSU team after they got cut from the pros. Like they got cut. And they instead of joining like practice quad or whatever they wanted to get NIL money and go back to college. So LSU is okay. We'll take you. Yeah. Right. And yeah, and ever since they were like, yeah,

hey, we'll take you. But they haven't played at all. It has evolved into a gigantic power struggle or fight. I don't even know if it's a power struggle. It's the SEC versus LSU or at least some of the SEC. And thanks to friend of the show Jason for sending this one to the discord right in my day. Carlos with three condos also asking my thoughts. It's a trendy topic. And we're not a sports podcast, but here's what's happening. The SEC for those who don't know, it's not the Securities Exchange Commission to college football fans. It is the Southeast trend conference of college athletics. That's the SEC is okay for for college football fans and college sports fans in general. They're meeting on Thursday of this week. They after this podcast drops to consider expelling LSU from the conference due to our parent or behavior. So that's that's really the update. They they have filed an amended thing with a court now of Amon Tuesday that said this and here's the details.

The SEC said its presidents and chancellors will meet this Thursday to decide whether to terminate LSU as an SEC member institution pursuant to section 3.15 of the SEC constitution and bylaws, which gives the president's uh quote plenary power and authority with respect to all the failures of the conference of any type or nature whatsoever, including the power to quote take all actions specified and contemplated in Article 3 of the constitution in their sole discretion. And so basically means that they can delete LSU from the conference that they want to. Right. But only if they decide to maybe play these players, right? I will we haven't played them, but they're still going to vote anyways to kick us out because they're that man. Uh quote they go on was the SEC and its member universities have the right to establish through agreed upon governance

procedures. The rules under which they voluntarily compete and to expect those rules to be followed. They that was their official statement. That was like the the main statement basically saying you need to follow our rules, Lane Griffin. And uh regarding Lane Kiffin. Quit rustling fiddles. Lane. Exactly. Exactly. So now. Yeah. Get in line. Did you? So did you guys see uh Lane Kiffins half time joke he goes imagine if we had pro players at the half time of Clemson when they were beating the shit out of Clemson. Uh did you hear that joke? No, but that sounds like it means he's not going to play them. Yeah. Well, I mean, it's all been a game of chicken. So far here it is for context just so people can hear it if they haven't heard it. We're going to make adjustments. We've got to play better in the second half. We can't give away something like the first turnover man. This ball. I mean, but I was 38 and nothing. Thank you. Go. Good. Now. Everything to say not say. Imagine if we had pro players.

So, you know, he's running away. She's like, Hey, you got anything to say about the SEC shit. He's like, imagine if we had pro players and I'm in rub salt in the wound. Hell. And exactly. And Kiffin is the ultimate troll regarding Lane Kiffins half time joke about imagine if we had pro players when demolishing Clemson at halftime and it was 31 to three by the way in that clip. The SEC says this and their amended filing quote, Kiffin statement stand in sharp contrast to the silence by the president and athletic director of LSU. And they confirm the lack of institutional control over the athletics program at LSU that is required by Article 6 of the SEC constitution and by the remaining provisions of the constitution and bylaws. You can keep your boy in line and we will. I mean, exactly. We're leaking a temporary straight in order. Oh, no, it's you.

And put your ridiculous. It's a little ridiculous. That's a one-way to pros. It's a little ridiculous. I mean, hey, they have they have eligibility left in college. The rules are unclear right now. And everybody who didn't realize this when it happened when you cheered for NIL getting approved, it made college athletics pro sports. So everybody that was like, NIL, NIL, you created this college sports and now pro sports. Congratulations. That's the situation you fucking created. And so basically now my alma mater is on trial by a bunch of butt hurt plantation money trustees on Thursday. Go ahead and kick us out. It would be fucking punk rock, fuck you SEC. But after we beat you this season, go Tigers. I mean, honestly, it's the best thing ever, right? Because if we left the ACC, we'd look like PCs. But we got kicked out of the SEC. We're going to win whatever division we're in repeatedly. Well, we want to be joining the division every year. Notre Dame. Notre, do you think LSU is going to stop producing pro players? Louisiana, the state, more pro NFL players per capita than any other state in the country.

So you think that it's just going to magically stop? No, that's been the way it is forever. A lot of good ball players from LSU. So suck a dick SEC. Have fun at your fucking meeting. I thought it was like Mississippi produced the most pro players per count. Maybe it's that area. It's the dirty South Beaumont, Louisiana, Mississippi, down probably southern Alabama. That is where in Florida. That's where all the pros come from. And Louisiana has one NFL player per capita, 78,000 residents. Oh, that's pretty fucking good. Last time I check. Georgia's number one else. Louisiana's number two Mississippi number three, Alabama number four. The Atlanta area has been had a huge come up pretty good now. Great high school football. I thought Texas might be up there too. Now just too many people, 25 million. Yeah, all the study is a study about the poor states because because like CTE and stuff, the poorer states are the ones that are putting the boys out there. They let them play earlier, right? Yeah, they need it.

And then yeah, and then like Texas and California, they have like the most numbers, but they just so many people in the state, you know, you can't. It's not not per capita. I got you. Okay. Anyways, go Tigers. Yeah. Good luck. Go Tigers. Go Tigers. Go Tigers. All right. Let's talk goats. Okay. Once we get past how dangerous and tragic this next story could be, it's pretty hilarious. So I know when Cam was young, we would go to like pettings, who's pettings, who's in kids or a match made in heaven, right? They're awesome. It's great to see your kid like be not a pussy and like, you know, hold the, yeah, get in there. Yeah. Yeah, it's great. It's not going to be like if they're scared of the animals, it's very disheartening. There's nothing better than when your kid is like 10 years younger than a kid that won't, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You guys. Yeah. So you guys are pettings who people, right? I mean, you take all parents end up at the petting zoo once in a while. Yeah.

I find it disturbing because those animals eat so much all day with like the gross, gross dude. Yeah. Discuss. Yeah. And nowadays they've got these mobile pettings, who's for kids birthday parties, like if you're rich. And usually the only things you're worried about at a petting zoo is how gross the animals are or one of them like biting your kid, right? When you've got a hand wash too, because there's like, dude, those animals are spreading every single jerk. Lots of hand sanitizer, a nice bath when you get home. Yeah. It's, it's essential. However, there is something that all the hand sanitizer and bass in the world can't get rid of. And that's rabies. Okay. Yeah. Very true. Waves. Yeah. And rabies is probably the last thing that that people think worry about when their kids, you know, played with and fed adorable baby goats, you know, by the popular petting zoo in North Carolina called farm adventures petting zoo. But that's what happened. Okay. Little did they know, the parents who hired the farm

adventures petting zoo had hired a mobile rabies factory to entertain their kids at these birthday parties and events. And all those kids. Yeah. All those kids have have to be hauled in the doctor for testing and painful rabies shots just in case because as you'll hear rabies doesn't show up sometimes for months. No, whoever runs this place is going to be in jail forever. This is crazy. Yeah. I remember one time I took cam to the San Antonio Zoo and we went inside the, the bird enclosure where like the birds are flying around you. And one of them bit him so bad that it drew blood. And I had to like call the fucking zoo and make sure that birds weren't out of the rabies. I was a pan. Yeah. Go get a rabies shot. Yeah. Check in everything. Yeah. I don't know birds can get rabies. But do we just covered the story about the Canadian kid that was bit by the bat and his parents didn't think about like getting the rabies check. And neither did the doctors till it was too late. Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, here's the the local news story that also talks with the pet pet pet zoo owner. This summer four baby goats brought joy across North Carolina.

Tonight it is fear. I don't want to bury my child. Rebecca Lannin's four-year-old son is one of hundreds of children and adults exposed to rabies. All because like so many, he fed these infected baby goats at a festival earlier this month. Did you ever think your child could be exposed to rabies by farm animals? Absolutely not. Anyone who came in contact with the goats now has to decide whether to get a series of painful shots. The risk rabies is almost always fatal in people one symptoms appear. Symptoms which can take months to develop include fever and flu-like illness. rabies can be transmitted by a bike, scratch or even infected saliva that gets into the body. Too young to be vaccinated, the goats had been brought to assisted living facilities, public parks, and private events across the state. They had the whole state. It was a stonk. It went through the holes. We don't know. Um, I'm scared. Yeah. Experts say that baby goats cannot be vaccinated against

rabies. Love says that the babies were kept in this pin to prevent any wild animal contact. Or shoot the stonk out, let the goats out, watch the goats. They were jumping around, playing. They didn't even get sprayed. So we like everything's good. And for any parent that has any question, I highly recommend them to go get vaccinated. Love says the New York Times is called so as CNN, as she's getting beaten up on social media, when all she wanted to do was share her love of animals with the public. A nightmare. When somebody's trying to do a good deed and do what's right for the public and then just get trashed constantly. It is a good point about why don't these kids have rabies vaccines? What's that? Why don't the kids have rabies vaccines? Yeah, I thought that's like a regular one. I don't think it is. It's like measles moms, Rebella. I've never heard of a rabies vac. I know you go if you think you've been exposed, you get a shot, but I don't think that

it's like normal. No, it's not part of the organization schedule. Animals get rabies vaccines, but if you're in the woods a lot, yeah, anyway, 213 patients tied to the zoos events between July 28th and August 23rd are now being told to take, you know, go in for risk assessments and maybe get some shots. And I drew up a little convo that Will's going to help me with is a convo that I imagine went down in every house in North Carolina when the news broke. I'm going to play mom Will's going to play that. Okay. Okay. Ready. Are you ready? Well, I'm ready. Okay. Hey, honey, what date did we take Braxton and Paisley to Colton's birthday party in August when Dailin Becky had hired those goats to come? That was August 16th, I believe. Yeah, it was. And I know that because we had gone straight from church over to the party and you was hollering about getting Paisley's

white dress dirty with them goats. Okay. Well, those baby goats, the news is saying those baby goats was infected with rabies and they they are wanting any child who may have touched those baby goats to go into the doctor to get checked in on and probably a bunch of shots. Well, I tell you what, if Dailin Becky gave those kids rabies by hire those baby goats, we're going to need to call Lord because that's going to be on them to pay for all these bills if one of them dies. Oh, I agree. I agree with you. I'm madder than hell right now. Well, me too. Where's Braxton and Paisley right now? They should be out back playing in this sprinkler with Brynley and Rhett from next door. Go get him dry and let's get all in the truck and head down to the ER before one of them starts foam in at the mouth for something. Oh, Lord, if that woman gave my baby rabies, she won't want to see me anytime soon, but she won't want to see me either. I'm mad too. Okay, there you go.

Brynley. There we go. So, you know, it's a drum off. It's scary. Then they yell at that lady and then that lady is like, she's like, you should get a rabies vaccine and then the parents are like, say what you guys said, we'll they'll make you. Well, now it's like you got to go in and get the shots just in case. Right. Yeah, but they're in 10 shots. I mean, they make you sick. Like, oh, yeah, they're apparently terrible shots to get just like a tetanus or some shit. I don't know. Anyway, you're immune to raccoons. So far, none of the kids have died and the goats, a couple of them had to be put down unfortunately. And the petting zoo is now non-operational for, you know, the time being before they figure out how many other animals have rabies. Here's a picture from the birthday party. Came full circle. My head. I had to get a rabid goat. I had to get a rabid shot. This is scary.

Shit. Frankly, when I was a kid, because I was exposed to a rabid raccoon. Yeah, I mean, if you're a parent or like an old person, they went to old people's homes. I mean, like, these old people were petting these fucking goats. I mean, yeah, turn turn the whole old folks home into like zombie land. Yeah, it's lame. I mean, that that go down there. So you got to be a little more careful. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed that. That's the show. We back with you tomorrow for more. If you need more though, in the meantime, go to patreon.com slash heart factor. That's it. We love you. Have a great day. You're later. Yeah. You're not going to be a dictator. I said, don't know, no, other than day one. How did Donald Trump turn the presidency into a king? Well, it didn't start with him. It was the goal of a decades-long master plan.
