Why You Should Speak To The Stranger In The Lunch Room
About this episode
A simple high value add you can make to your lives and those around you especially in 3rd places where you neither live or (explicitly) work is to be the person to say 'Hello' and introduce yourself. I've been more reliant on on doing this to make connections since travelling solo for the past few months and will definitely be incorporating this into my day to day going forward. In this episode I reflect on some of the great skills, wisdom and experiences I've been able to unlock with a simple 'Hi'. Want to listen to more episodes?
