Why You’re Not Letting Yourself Get Help Yet
About this episode
You can see what support would look like.
You’ve seen other people living it. Having help. Having space.
But for you, it still feels… out of reach.
So you wait.
Until you make more.
Until things calm down.
Until it makes sense.
And nothing changes.
Because it’s not just about resources - it’s about what you’ve decided is allowed RIGHT NOW.
If help still feels like something for “later,” that decision is already shaping your time.

0:00And all is said, if your day keeps filling up, but the word that actually matters isn't moving, you are not behind. Your day isn't holding what you're asking it to. This podcast shows you where it's breaking and what's actually causing it. That girl in your restaurant from last week's call, you are jealous of her and not in a good way. She kept dropping hints like, when my nanny gets here and my husband handles all the cooking, but then she said, kid-free vacation. Your ears aren't straight up. You fell into a dream and you wanted to shout, girl, you have no clue what my life is like. I would kill for a kid-free vacation right about now. And I would say, whoever was babysitting my kids, because right now, my day starts with the 6.15 alarm to get everyone out the door. Morphs do how many client calls can I take while the kids are out of the house and finishes with girls and yet I'm not eating that out, plus my messy kitchen. Nanny, no cooking, no kid-free relaxation, I'm sure, in a galaxy far, far away.
1:03And if that's what it takes to all of my life, while balancing both houses a moment of business owner, I might as well quit right now, because I'm sitting over here at 12 K months, still paying off my business debt from all the masterminds they send you needed to invest in to make it six figures, needing to fund a family vacation, buy a new vehicle sooner or else they send some super expensive maintenance on the old car if we don't. And you'd have so her media manager yet, just at the A, and she's working hard enough for two VAs, honestly. So yes, I have all kinds of people I would like to hire for the company side of our business before we could even get to supporting me on the home side of my life. So how much money do I have to be making again to afford an Annie in a kid-free vacation to Iceland like millions? Yeah, not realistic, so you're thinking, I might as well throw the town out and accept this is good that it's ever going to get, because out of such goldpokes as a business dollar, are just as damaging as I can't make it out of tits. But the only way you'll have more time to spend with your kids in this precious season before they hit high school or go to college or move out is to believe that you get to
2:05take that time with them now, not in two years when your life is less full or you're making way more money. So we're going to work in exactly that brain block and get it out when you're taking your 20 hours a week back in my program, because I can give you all the schedules and outsourcing lists that you want in a bill. But they will never do a thing for you permanently. If you think that you see them, we'll make your family structure crumble. So we've got to rewind that first and believe me, I've done it the hard way. Thinking, won't my life be nice if I can hire a meal pepper and an air and runner and something else to do all the present wrapping and buying, which only means me envious and resentful now instead of looking for all the ways I'm doing too much in this season? Well, what you should have told yourself after that Mastermind call as well, maybe I can hire a household manager when I hit 200K a year of new two. And then you should have looked over your family to see if it was anything else you could have after your 12-year-old, even if you had to be on three dollars for meal coach to motivate him. Because it's how much you could outsource with your resources right now, the counts,
3:07not the Sunday maybe, kid free vacation factory. And getting each part of your work from home day a little later is what gives you the energy to keep pushing through until you hit that 200k annual revenue tree. And you are going to be able to see this through to the end to climb that business ladder as far as you want to, even with your kids around, you just need permission to quit all the things that aren't giving you that satisfaction hit day to day in the now. So be with me when you're ready for that. If you can see where your work day breaks, you can't unsee it and it won't fix itself. So the human design time model shows you exactly where it's not holding and why it keeps repeating. Start you are at it at the link below.
