And all is said, if your day keeps filling up, but the word that actually matters isn't moving, you are not behind. Your day isn't holding what you're asking it to. This podcast shows you where it's breaking and what's actually causing it. Your skull and past you are another cringy self-care caption when it hits you. You can really use a break. It just better not be a bubble bath. Your kids are in this push each other's buttons all the time phase. Your husband isn't much help because he's an overtime at work, and you're fighting back a cold that you picked up for the last family gathering from volunteering to hold your sniffling knees so your sister and I could get a break. But you're pretty sure it's a losing battle. So you could definitely use some take care of your time. But whoever wrote that caption got it wrong. Getting her nails done doesn't fix your knee time problem. Getting someone to cook dinner for you does. Filling the time for a long bath doesn't help you get through an equally long kids and clients' day having someone else fill your fridge with groceries so you don't have
to interrupt your full-do-the-gills workout schedule does. And taking yourself out for lunch isn't going to deal with the pile of undone projects in your household to-do list, but asking someone to take your kids to the park for you for two hours so you can food prep uninterrupted does. Rewrite the definition of self-care from indulgent optional luxury to seem to my unwell-being and you would be all over it. You're just not down with the girls night every week in silver trip to Hawaii, which is helpful for what's turning you off about even using the world's self-care. But it is true. You really do need some attention towards your own physical body, your own energy. Like workouts four times a week, your preferred kind of number 75 part is going around the internet right now. And enough protein in your pre-prone to lunch to take you through that all too familiar 3 p.m. Or a good enough stock of herbal tea so you know if you're not inspired in which one to pick for your evening tea goes during a language rule tonight. See, this is why when I am setting up your perfect right size schedule for you in my
20 years a week bag program, I'm taking a housework off your plate and putting it on some analysis. Whether that's your 7th grade son, or once every 2 weeks housekeeper over 9 year old daughter. It is, you can't get the time you need for true self-care. If you're still scrubbing toilets, unloading groceries and running the vacuum. So outsourcing is going to be your sea cookie and I'm going to show you exactly how. Now, if your stock on self-care ideas isn't as an entrepreneur that don't fall in the bath bomb category, here's what I'm doing for myself as a mummified kid. These days for me, it looks like making sure I get in my own solo walk time with that time. See, that's hitting both the movement front and the time on my under process front. And then I need some time to hit the visualizations and get the meditations, because I found they really do make a difference, versus why I just keep playing on through my deduclist. And I also need to have something to do a night that is not screen time. Or my brain stays gripped up till midnight, but I've got a 6am, I'm going off and I need 8 hours of sleep. So that is self-care as well, for me, to actually have a physical book to read or a comb
with my husband and a yak with the kids. Now, to make time for all this for myself, you better believe I'm outsourcing. Spaghetti tonight, not cooking it. If you live in your own who thinks spaghetti is the favorite meal in the world, he's going to do it. Fine, all the meatballs are said to be giddy when he can do it too. I showed him where that bag was in the freezer and had a nuclear-right number of meatballs for our family in a bowl. Setting the table for pasta tonight, he is also handling that. He can multitask doing that while the water boils. Calling everyone for supper? Yeah! One of his favorite parts. Guess what? 35 minutes. While his making pasta start to finish, table-setting that blooded is just about right for me to get in that solo meditation walk, feel all talked out in a good way on my mindset blocks. So is this self-care to use just the right essential oil to help you sleep tonight? Is it self-care? To ask your nine-year-old son to clean the bathrooms for you while you throw together and eat in the car at me all the way to the game? Is it self-care? To ask your partner if you can pick up the classical order on his way home from work tonight? Yes! Yes! And yes! So start swapping what will refill my energy break?
Retreat yourself. Because you owe it to yourself to finally start delegating. But it's time for you to stop creating unnecessary pressure in your role as mom, entrepreneur, and all-around high achiever. So do you have to be when you are ready to clear your too much going on plate? If you can see where your work day breaks, you can't unsee it, and it won't fix itself. So the human design time monitor shows you exactly where it's not holding and why it keeps repeating. Start you are at it at the link below.
