He did a great job, but really it's just like, you know, I think he's a better writer than me. He likes writing more than me. I've kind of wanted to take a step back for a while. I have Crohn's disease. I want to, you know, the season's really just kind of murder me. And we were looking at the YouTube views, the YouTube comments and like, people really love the Brett

3:07and Scotch show. It's, we have really good rapport and chemistry where best friends in real life would have been great to do the show with him, but right now he's on vacation with his family, absolute slacker. It's bad enough he had a, started a family without my permission, but to be on vacation in early September, my goodness. This is going to be tough for me. No, no, this is going to be awesome. This is, you know, one of my best friends. And, you know, I have friends around the industry who, you know, like the ringer fantasy show, which is gigantic. They all tell me the most important thing is consistency is chemistry is rapport. And I also really like the format. I like the film versus analytics component. I think that gives you something really valuable and unique where there is that tension that, that back and forth, the natural disagreements, but like the marriage of that, you know, coming out the other side, both of us better off for it. And so I really think this is going to be, you know, beneficial

4:10for everyone. And I think people are really going to, you know, people around the industry who have been watching that tell me, I think this is going to blow up and be, be massive. We'll see. You know, I kind of take the other, as listen, like I, I still think I'm kind of raw. Like, and we don't really know what the show is. You, we're still finding our footing, trying to figure out, you know, who we are. You know, like, should we record live five days a week? Should it be pre-recorded? Should it be, you know, 45 minutes? Should it be two and a half hours? You know, we're going to figure that out in time. Our chemistry is going to improve. So I just ask that you be patient for me. And yeah, this is a long time coming. Don't forget, I didn't have a podcast. I was barely ever on YouTube up until like two years ago. I, I never felt comfortable with it. I was like, kind of intentionally kept in the dark by the boss at PFF who, I don't know, felt threatened by me or something, wouldn't allow me to have a podcast for years. I kind of liked being the, the writer.

5:10You know, it's like, I feel like I gain five IQ points if I have time to sit down and write. I lose five IQ points live on, on YouTube. I think, I don't know, people say like, you know, like my personality could be grading on here. I think it's very much like, I probably have some like social anxiety or something where I, I struggle to, I know it just makes me feel uncomfortable, you know, being in front of the camera. I feel like I have to play a persona a little bit. Like even when I first started out on Twitter my first three years, I wasn't Scott Barrett. I was dude fantasy bro. I was playing, playing a character. And so I just give me time to kind of work out the king, settle into full time YouTube podcast. I am writing less, not going to be doing. I'm losing the byline from everything report and sleep breakdown. Also, Ryan Heath is replacing me on outside the box. But, you know, I'm still going to be contributing to it.

6:11It's mostly Graham Barfield on both. And by the way, he's a better writer than me. I think that's an upgrade. But I'm still contributing to it. I'm still editing it. I still have a ton of creative control. And so I think that's what people really want. Like they want my takes, whereas like the writing itself is very time consuming for me. I'm very much a slow writer. And so yeah, that's that's really like the only major potentially negative change. I don't know if anyone out there really just, you know, likes my writing hates my my podcasting. And so yeah, again, fantasy football daily podcasts. Make sure you subscribe to that. Don't unsubscribe to school of Scott. I might still be doing that one day a week. I might be doing that. It might be the school of Ryan. So, so don't unsubscribe to that. But definitely subscribe to fantasy football daily. And then of course, there's the big news that that everyone's talking about on Twitter. That's right. Data suite 2.0 is coming.

7:12This is for a lot of people in the industry beta testing this. And they're kind of all saying the same thing, which is that you know, this is really only comparable to the products that NFL teams had. And it's available to our fantasy point subscribers. At no extra cost to them. They're paying $200 a year. So it's literally 1 1,000th. The price of what NFL teams were paying for. What major media companies were paying for. It's and like that. That makes me seem like an idiot CEO, like a stupid business decision. This should be, you know, $20,000 in selling B2B. But you know, it makes sense to me because what is fantasy points about every owner. Have fantasy points. We would rather have the best football site in the world. Then have the second best football site in the world and be 50% richer. So like this makes perfect sense to me is just like this is. And why did we build it?

8:12It's just like we wanted to build the sickest thing ever. We wanted to, you know, really impress each other. We wanted to use to make our lives easier as content creators and be more accurate and give better advice. And data suite 2.0 really allows you to do that. It's one of the most powerful. It's the most powerful tool in the game. But it's also really intuitive. There's a bunch of tutorials where anyone can use it. If you're a boomer, but you love stats. Don't worry. I think it's, I think it's easy enough to understand just after. A little time in the tool. And so it has everything everyone's been asking for. It has player pages beautifully design, player pay, oh, and people keep asking if we could do multiple seasons at once. None of our competitors have been able to figure this out. Guess what? Data suite 2.0 has exactly that. And yeah, all the stats and it shows where the rank based on percentiles.

9:12You have Trevor Lawrence last year. 87 percentile and XFP per game. 69 percentile and fantasy points per game. You see that here on a week by week basis as well. What positions did he target and sees his last five seasons on a week by week basis last year. What routes did he target most frequently? What was his success on those routes or for how accurate was he when throwing to every every area of the field? As you can see, really good in the intermediate area of the field. Yeah, and it's, we have a sim scores now under the most similar quarterbacks. What was his injury history? And again, this is just the player pay. This is just the quarterback player page. You know, it looks different for running backs, wide receivers, tight ends. And we don't just have player pages now, which is what everyone was asking for. We also have team pages, game pages. Pre game post game pages matchup pages.

10:14We have play collar pages. As you can see here, team, let's team profiles. We can look at game basis and whoa, see, look at this. And we have a tour here. So it's really easy to figure out what exactly all this means and how it's valuable to you. Really valuable to me are our matchup pages. I think this is super incredibly helpful. Like if you're a prop better, if you're a pro better, you need this tool. This tool is going to help you give you an edge over the sports books. It's like, oh, yeah, Cincinnati, very vulnerable against tight ends. Keep out in is probably going over his props, past catching running backs up against Tampa Bay. That's generally been a little bit of a cheat code. And again, you have that tutorial there for you to really show you what all this is about. But this is going to save me so much time in my weekly prep. I'm going to look like a genius. And we have a bunch of little tools here that are just kind of sexy, easy to screenshot, post on Twitter,

11:19or just make your life easier. As I said, years George Pickens versus CD Land last year, you could do it over the last three years. You could do it just after the teams buy. You could hand pick all the stats you want. Again, no one has as good or as crazy or as in depth stats as us. These are totally unique to us here. You can look at it by here's every player by target share last year and a week by week basis. This is something I looked at when doing my matchups every single week or just by raw fantasy points. You have that as well. Just another one of our many new tools. We have here run run get to this like look at how good. This Cincinnati Bengals run game was thanks to their new phenom rookie left guard and they kind of sucked everywhere else. We have we have a. The advance passing receiving rushing all that stuff everyone loves we now have that for play colors.

12:22We have we have play collar stats again, you could see it over multiple years and we could see who had the best pass offense by EPA per drop back. It's Joe Brady, a little bit of a surprise at least over a one game sample, which you could just easily filter out. And yeah, yeah, fantasy points allowed tool really helpful for anyone who is playing in what's the best matchup for tight ends will last year is the bangles. You could look it on the screen just about everyone went off against the bangles last year and yeah, but of course we have all the stats and tools that everyone loves here's advance passing. You could see it by the player view you could see it by all the offenses you could see it by the defenses so you know who to target for weekly matchups no quarterbacks had a better yards for pass attempt. Then against the tight ends last year we have all of our crazy in depth advance metrics EPA per drop back catchable throw rate pressure sack time to throw first read percentage.

13:34We have all that just about no one else does and a really cool thing is like I never use Excel anymore you can kind of do everything just in the data suite itself. You yeah use our snapshot values or calculate you could do these calculations in the data suite never have to export to CSV but of course we have that as to if you want to do that want to play around with it. But like I said you know if you're a if you're a boomer you you don't like Excel you can't use Excel this is really an incredible gift to you because you don't have to learn what a V look up is you kind of really do everything you want and need in this data suite 2.0 which like I said apparently is only comparable to what the NFL teams were paying six figures for I I I'm really bullish I I really hope that this leads to a revolution and analytics work. Revolution or every all the fans become smarter fans fantasy players become better fantasy players better's can bet with more confidence more success.

18:06And so yeah use make your start sit decisions based on what the front office telling you which is based on our projections my favorite thing is the trade tool the trade tool is really in depth really advanced it can recommend and suggest trades for you it tells you the worth and value of these trades it's really good for redraft honestly it's even better for dynasty where you can plot out this this this draft let's say I want to trade Trevor Lawrence and came scatiboo for Jameer Gibbs and George Kittle it gives you the real percentage odds this trade helps you or hurts you in terms of your odds of winning the championship it gives it assigns a score to your team all the value that's on a team it tells you how much more valuable that that that dynasty team got you know it's it's you know you could be a rebuild over your championship odds are very high but you have you know the total value and score of your team is much higher.

19:13And there's really so many different things you can do it the waiver wire tool is incredible exceptionally helpful for trying to navigate the waiver wire each week where it tells you which players hold the most rest of season value which players hold the most value this week based on our projections if you need a spot start you know that's different than a long term stash and hold. And so yeah again there's a really a million different things you do it's it's really sophisticated when it recommends trades it looks it looks at your strengths and your trade partners potential weaknesses a lot of time and energy went into this so much so it's almost mind blowing we were able to launch hopefully fingers crossed data sweet 2.0 the site redesign the front office tool we're also launching. So we're also launching our brand new in season betting package and so we used to have this as part of the pro subscription we teased it out and why did we do that it's because well you know we had the most accurate DFS projections in the industry and we were a fraction the price of our DFS competitors we had among the best if not the best betting track record and we were a fraction the price of our competitors is the best.

21:52And so in addition all these changes we've also made some upgrades to our AI ball knowledge AI is one of the funniest things to me is like people like just like I forget constantly that we have an AI and it's like an incredibly sophisticated AI like you see on the right there you have a news feed that's as good if not better than what road or world road or wire have because not only is it you know player news but it's also pulling from from pressers so you get real coach speak up to the second up to the minute coach speak and you can ask it is it's it's you can ask it hey what does this actually mean or what's the exact quote do the giants want Jackson dark running more or less this you that's been a big topic that's been a big talking point people want to know like that's that really impacts his fantasy value will it says right there John Harboh not niggie are an unleashed game that's likely to make dark a go light runner which okay that hurts him but you they they don't want to lose what made him special and so it's really just get him out of bounds more but but raw volume not coming down goal line yeah maybe fewer rushing touchdowns while rushing yards remain the same and you get ask it for follow up say what's the exact
