Why did the Coalition break up again?

For the second time in less than a year, the Nationals have walked away from the Federal Coalition. This time, the exit was sparked by one of the two bills the Government brought to a special sitting of Parliament this week, but ended up centring on the inner workings of the Coalition and the parties that make it up.
