Leroy was born and raised in South Africa. During his early 20s, he decided to make a lifestyle change after partying hard for most of his early life. This change introduced him to a new life of discipline and fitness. Leroy started down his new path by joining his friends and opening up a functional gym straight out of a car garage, after some success they decided to expand their business. During a honeymoon in Thailand, Leroy and his wife fell in love with the country and he decided to move his business online and move to the beautiful island of Phuket.
