     Slam The Gavel welcomes back Jeff Morgan to the podcast. Jeff was last on October 3rd, 2022, Season 3, Episode 119. Today Jeff came on the podcast to talk about No-Fault Divorce. Jeff has two goals in his current legal battle in Texas: to SAVE his own marriage and DESTROY no-fault divorce in the state of Texas. When his wife of 11 years filed for No-Fault divorce in July of 2025 in Dallas County, Texas, Jeff responded with a 31 page motion that argues the law is unconstitutional and would force him to violate his Christian beliefs about marriage. If there is No-Fault Divorce, then where is the controversy?? What happened to the separation of church and state?
