In this episode, we caught up with Stephen’s mother, the wonderful and resilient Sandy Smith, and Mike Hemlepp, Jr., the Columbia attorney who stepped up to help after Sandy’s previous attorney let her down. We asked Sandy and Mike where things with the case stood and how they felt about everything.
