White House Shooter's Manifesto: A Call for Accountability

0:00On April 27th, a 31-year-old guy from California named Cole Thomas Allen tried to crash the White House correspondence dinner on Saturday. With a shotgun, handgun, and knives, aiming straight for President Trump and his cabinet, he got tackled by Secret Service right after firing shots at a checkpoint. One agent took a bullet to his vest, but walked away fine. Allen left a manifesto for his family, railing against depression and basically copying lines you hear from Democratic leaders on social media. White House press secretary Caroline Levitt jumped back on the podium early from maternity leave to call it out. She read off posts from dem lawmakers, hinting at violence against Trump, saying that non-star rhetoric for 11 years radicalized this dude. She pointed fingers at the media too, like Jimmy Kimmel's joke about Melania, and all the Hitler and fascist labels that fire up unstable folks too. Act Trump think that agent personally from the Oval Office, and now Levitt's pushing everyone to own up to how their words fuel this mess.
