Now I can we'll say garrison you have figured out the wax game just as good as makers mark. Yes. And even at the intentional talk. I know hats off to you on that one because as soon as they open it I was like my god. This rolls off like a cream butter over here and they got double wax.

2:05See something that is a anomaly in this world. But this is the lady bird cast strength single barrel. And so this is infused with honey and finished and cognac asks it starts as light. As a small batch bourbon age for four years and then it goes before being infused with burlison's Texas wildflower honey for additional eight to nine months creating what they call their honey do cask and then the bourbon is then transferred into French oak cognac exo casks for an additional three years. And so this is now bottled at 114 proof. I believe it is non age dated because of everything that goes into it. But it is 135 proof is I think I'm sorry. 114 as I said but I'm looking at the bottle says 135 proof but it does have a price tag of $189. Well, I mean there's a lot of hand crafted details on here this band. The riding on the edge and then the perfectly done wax.

3:07Well, I mean, not only that perfectly done and watch like up to the shoulder like there is no drips. Nothing like this takes skill to get to this. Yes. I would not want to be on their bottling line. I would not either but you're right. Even this band that goes around it is a very nice band. It is. I can feel it. It's got all the engravings and whatnot but you care about the whiskey review. So let's go ahead and get into it. So Ryan on the nose, how are we feeling about this one? Oh, that's fun. I mean, you get the honey right off the bat. I agree. So it's sweet, furry, floral but then you get the cognac. So you're getting like that strong like grapey, oaky, like cognac, armeniac kind of vibes going on. So yeah, that knows it's fun. It's definitely different. Well let's go ahead. Hit it with a taste here. As I read this side here, bourbon whiskey infused with honey infused whiskey and finishing

4:08some cognac casts. Oh wow. Okay. So it starts off like with this strong honey note but the honey is like orange blossoms, like very viscous, very rich. There's some like cardamom going on and then it then it moves into the cognac which are getting like armeniac and cognac grapey and then there's this like really pronounced like hot tamale cinnamon candy kind of note on the finish. I think that probably leans into like the Texas style things. Yeah. But you definitely get that cognac grapey flavor that you'd mentioned right there in the middle and that is very reminiscent of most just actual just cognac that I drink on a day to day basis. Yeah, this is a fun one. I actually like this a lot. Well, let's go ahead and let's write it then. So Ryan, on the nose, how you feeling? Thumbs up. I mean, it's really it's funky but a good interesting funky way.

5:11And the finish or sorry, the taste thumbs up. I mean, this thing takes you on a ride. It's a roller coaster of flavor. There's a lot going on in the finish. Thumbs up. I really like. I thought this was really well done, really well balanced, even that that have proof. I mean, it doesn't taste probably because the honey is like making it sweeter, more viscous but I was a big fan. So as we can see, you take it from Texas, you add honey and then you put it in cognac casts, you might have a try out of good things going on here over there.
