Where have all the babies gone?

Birth rates are way down. Miscarriage rates up. Time to conception up. And when I got out to stores, restaurants, museums, and parks... I am seeing less and less babies out with their parents. Still many older children... but fewer and fewer babies. It is getting extreme and hard to ignore. The ramifications of this are going to be intense.
