In today’s podcast, we explore the ways we can find the connection that science (and experience) tells us we need to feel safe in the presence of others.  We explore ways that we can work towards safety in Zoom (or other video) calls in both one to one situations and in larger groups. We look at strategies we can all use all the time to help us navigate the novel circumstance of a global threat.
