About this episode
There comes a time in all of our careers when we need a change from our current employment. Brian shares his framework for how to evaluate whether it's time to quit.
If you decide to quit your job, Brian has several tips for how to do it in a way that doesn't burn the bridge, but instead creates goodwill, possible referrals, and future business opportunities.
This involves giving plenty of lead time (but being prepared to be let go), preparing your files, and tips for talking to law firm clients on your way out the door.
