Welcome to your top true crime hop for the variety and episodes you're looking for. Enjoy. If you've been on parole, it would have been different. You probably couldn't come that any much, you know what I mean. So what I'm gonna do is go buy the book. It's gonna be a respectful conversation. Okay. My job is not to tell you everything that we know. All right,
because it's been two days of cast investigation. All right. So there will be some questions. If we want to make sure you're being truthful, Bob. It's the fact that you're back here now. I want to get this done right away. It's good for you. All right. And it demonstrates it. You're want to clear your name as soon as possible and move on from this. Okay, because the bottom line, we have a dead 29 year old girl and you should go. You also go to the age you don't grab dead from all recently, you know what I mean? So we got something to figure out. Okay. All right, why could you come in? That box that are being checked, one by one. Is there any questions you may have for us right now? Yeah, how does she got to the line? Well, that's part of what we said about you to see if you know. All right. All right. So can you explain to us a little bit about your relationship, how you know or how you guys met? Well, we've got some information from some people already to make sure that they're, but they're, but you're telling us what they're
telling us to neck here. Yeah. Okay. Well, the most part was on and off, you know. She actually, she used to do mine with her brother. Okay. That's the way. And Tali. Tali, you know what I'm saying? Pusting the same way. It's sharp, right? Yeah, it's sharp. And since then, she's always been a family friend. Like she's one of the family. And I got incarcerated. And when I got out, I ran into her addiction. My sister's wife, because I want to stay over here, but maybe. Okay. And by then, I guess she was comfortable with the voice. So she was, you know, the classes are comfortable with the voice. And we just basically, you know, she started, you know, she's very social. She's very nice person. She's always, you know, like, friendly. When he says, she, who are you talking about? I'll go please. Okay. You know, you don't know that thing. Yeah, so okay. And so we just kind of, you know, kind of went from there, you know, we started talking and everything. And one of the ones you like to know, they're basically, and we just kind of, and we just kind of went off from
that, you know, who's kind of on and off. Okay. And I think she always liked me. And I always liked her, you know, and it just kind of took us, you know, and so by the year ago, you guys met again at the wedding. Yeah. And then how long do you think until you guys started, like, having a serious relationship? Well, we kind of had an agreement because she was in the middle of divorcing at the time. So we just kind of have like, you know, it was, it was from the first, you know, she's always kind of like someone to talk to, you know, she's always very honest, you know, she's a very intelligent. And she was always trying to kind of help me, you know, she's saying that I just, obviously trying to get my life back and over and everything. And she's always suggesting things for me. And from there, and you just kind of, you know, wasn't like anything I've read upon, but I just kind of happened, you know, and I just went from there, really. Okay. Do you know when she moved into the house over on Undying Street? I don't know exactly one. I mean, I remember one that I remember exactly one.
Okay. Was it during the time you guys were in an relationship? Well, it was on and off between us, you know, because I think we just kind of, you know, both like each other, but it was just kind of, I'm kind of sad on my own mind, I said, you know, she said, I don't know what I said, you know, just, did you have there ever, you know, lived there with her at any point, you just closed there and just stayed all over there? Yeah. And some clothes that giving me the lights, no, not the key, not the key, not the key. I had, like, you know, she would tell me where she put the key, you know, but I'm not at the key. Okay. Yeah. Where you need more shit with the key, so she kept the key hidden somewhere. Yeah. Like a spare key outside the house. Yeah. What do you think was the cause of you guys giving you guys a break, giving you another break, and I was really hastily, we just not interested. No, no, no, no, she wasn't. I don't think she was ready for a relationship. And honestly, I wasn't ready for a relationship because, you know, if I'm being honest, like, you know, I was, you know, the woman at the time too, you know, and I think she had a feeling. Okay. And, um, so, she wanted me and I wanted her, but I don't think she that was wanted to come
to be honest. And that's really what it was. Okay. Yeah. If she's dealing with, you know, you know, she was going through a divorce and everything like that in a moment. She's doing the normal thing. Alright, so after her divorce was finalized, the dead, uh, the dead and the answer guys' relationship, the change, you're going to see each other more often. Yeah, we saw each other. Um, usually you would be on the days that you didn't have your kids. Okay. And, um, I was stay over the night, you know, but, you know, like, I would say we were together for a week and not together for at least three weeks. Okay. You know, because I was kind of told the wrong thing on the side to be honest. I think you said she was suspicious of that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think, you know, she's not a dumb person. You know, she, she's suspected, but, um, she kind of, I think we just kind of, you know, it was, it was a lot of sexual activity. We both kind of wanted each other, you know. So, okay, do you remember your kids? Yes. Okay. Um, what about her ex-husband?
I had them in once. Okay. All right. Do you know, uh, what that was regarding? Yeah, actually, uh, most of it says was, uh, this happened, um, I want to say this year, I can't remember the dates excited, but I'm pretty sure was the, you know, early on this year. And, uh, I think she found out that I was seeing other people. So we're talking about it and, uh, there was really nothing ever said, like set on our relationship, you know, it was basically just kind of like two people, you know, she was always willing. I was always willing. And it just happened all the time like that. And I mean, I know it's kind of, it's a critical, you know, but, um, I was seeing other people and I didn't think she was seeing other people. I'm scared. And I found out, and, you know, I know it's just, you know, kind of, um, kind of a double standard, but, you know, kind of annoyed me and I remember telling her and I basically contacted her and I was going to tell them about it. Okay. Yeah. Um, how did you find out that she was eating something else?
I actually went to the house. Okay. And, uh, I seen a truck over there. I didn't recognize and I tried not to know nobody answered. So I just kind of picked two until I'm like, you know, I know, I know that both cars are there. It's not, you know. When you were talking to the ex-husband of the baby, he said, you told him, what did you tell him that you were a relationship with her? No. Well, I was just, you discussed it with her, but what was the context of it? It was basically just me to, I think to be honest with you, I think I just kind of wanted to, uh, because for a long time she kind of, you know, the time she was brought about, you know, kind of seemed like he was the kind of, you know, piece of, you know, and, um, and the story that she told me why they're usually divorced, you know, just, uh, I think they clicked, well, I think that's honest to one of the reasons why I wasn't, I wasn't wanting to kind of commit, you know, but, you know, the main reason why that was just, you know, I was without the woman and I think I really wanted to commit. But I think it was basically, uh, telling, you know, just to tell him,
and, you know, I ended up telling her dad too, as well. You told him, you told him that you've suspected that she was she, and you, somebody else? Overtaid? Yeah. Yeah. Well, I didn't speak with him, but I, I sent him a text message. I sent him a video, I actually opened some intimate pictures between us. Okay. And that was kind of my way of getting back at her to be honest with him. Okay. So I was, is it fair to say how revenge you sent to dad, her father? It's an intimate video that, but in Maristra, make her, yeah, yeah. Okay. When did you send those? Um, I'm not sure, to be honest, um, was it on the time I conflicted with her husband, you know, or that it wasn't worth anything. I wanted to, you know, give him to it. It's okay. It was that that was probably this, this calendar year, right? So yeah, I was going to say so. Okay. Yeah. All right. And then what you meant with her husband, who isn't willing to move so correct? Yeah. Okay. You got his number somehow to contact him. Yeah. How'd you get his number? Five hundred of them were before
from her. Okay. Yeah. And then, so when you, when you reached out to him, what was the purpose of that meeting? No. Um, I was just basically trying to tell him that he was right, you know, and he took here, told you before that she was something to trust us. No, no, no, no, that was the first time I had actually, uh, made our spoken. Okay. And doing it any other formal fabrication besides that, you know, before you met with him? No. No. That was the first time I met him. Where did you meet him at? Uh, Walmart. Okay. Yeah. So the two guys agreed to meet on a public place to talk about the fact that she was shooting at you. Mm-hmm. And then you knew that you knew that he, well, you got through the past with her. Mm-hmm. I mean, I think you just wanted some confirmation. I think it was, um, well, my intention was to tell them, you know, but if you wanted to meet, you wanted to see what I was talking about, you know, and I don't think it was as close to me as first as he did probably thought that she was maybe putting me on to him or something like that. And I'm like, no, it's nothing like that. I just want to tell you that, basically, you know,
um, because I kind of put him in a bad light for a while, you know, because she told me that, you know, what did she tell you about him? Well, basically, you know, he's never trusted her. He was a bad person, you know, he was, uh, you know, they had some problems. He, uh, followed them and whatever boy. Okay. Um, so you, you guys think that each other a lot, it seems like she would, she trusted you with some intimately details about her. Yeah, I would say so. Um, when, when she described her ex-husband you, do you think that, uh, was he ever abusive to her, to be ever assault her, to give a friend her, would you ever think that he would be somebody that, uh, could be involved in what's going on today? Honestly, I can't really say that, you know, because I've only had one encounter with him. Um, but basically, not based on your, your discussion with her, like, chemistry. She, if she was somebody that was getting abuse, cast, the relationship, her abuse, someone that threatened to kill her in the past. Well, would that be something she would partner with you? Yeah, I mean, she told me, you know, he was just never trusted her. Like, he, uh, I guess he put, uh, GPS on her, uh, or in her car. Stuff like that. They got me to argue, you know, I guess,
yeah, I tried to have a gun on time, you know, I don't know, I don't know, I guess one here, supposedly he got her cheated. And, uh, but, you know, and I, and this, what I took from, you know, that's why I just kind of, you know, because she's going to be one of the one who's gonna get gun to him. Yeah, I guess, you know, and, uh, full of place, like, it's, you know, and that was his idea too, it's like, you know, well, I said, I'll meet you if you want to talk. And he's like, okay, maybe a little more. Okay, I'm gonna end up being in there. But, um, I can't believe, you know, just like I like that. He discovered it that she was cheating on you with somebody else, right? Yeah. Do you know what that person is? No, do you have any information on that person? No, uh, actually, uh, when I went to the house and I seen that there was a car, obviously, I didn't recognize that truck was a, it was a, uh, uh, uh, diet trend. And, uh, so I remember taking the license plates and, uh, I had, uh, did it. And this is, that's where I decided to contact my mom and I told him, this is what's going on. I guess you're right, you know, and, uh, she,
you know, basically, she is like that. Whatever, because I was just, I don't know. So, when you went to the house, did you front her off? I mean, did you? No, no, no, she didn't, in any dialogue. No, no, no, no. I knocked on the door. No one opened up. You know what time, what time was it? Night time. Yeah, I want to say maybe, uh, yeah, it was night time, the night time, you know, 11, 12, maybe. So I'm like that. And, uh, so on that happened, I tried calling her, I just tried calling her and she wouldn't answer it. And, uh, so I called the next morning and she found the answer and basically like, you know, don't come to my house like that, you know, stuff like that. I said, I know what's going on. There's no reason to be honest about it. You know, it's okay. We went in a lich at the time, but we haven't kind of like, you know, well, then we would stick together, you know, and then, sure, something like that. And, and that was it, you know, I basically told me, you know, there was no reason to lie. It is what it is, you know, because I didn't really have anything to say because I was doing my own thing on the side too, you know, I just, you know, totally, there's no reason to lie.
You know, I'm sure I mean, she obviously had an idea about what I'm doing. And that's what she says. It's like there's no way, you stay away from me all these weeks and you're not sleeping with someone else, you know, coming since. And the next morning, the guy, he was, he actually ended up calling me. And, did you get an email? No, he called private. He called me private. And, I, you know, just talking to me, he's like, you know, he was like, I, you know, it's like who's exactly, you know, all this is. And like, who are you? What's your name? He's like, man, I want to tell you one why not. And, you know, it's just like, he's like, I'm sorry, then I'm like, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? He's like, nothing. I'm telling you, man, you know, she's just a good friend. And having some problems with my family and my wife. And she just helping me out, you know, and it's actually what she says, well, when I was walking, she's like, he's just a friend of whatever, which I didn't believe. And, and he was trying to basically, you know, but it pushed it off like there was nothing happening. And I said, be a man. It's okay. Don't matter, man. There's no reason not like you don't own me anything. Just be a man. You know, if you guys did anything, you guys did anything. You know, it's, you know, don't talk to me like,
you know, I mean, it basically, you know, and he's like, all right, now we can stick in together and stuff like that. And whatever. I said, it is what it is, you know, it's all the days. It is what it is. I said, whatever, you know, there was no like, competition, no, the foam team, you wouldn't be a good man for you. No, no, no, no, no. You don't tell me to get his ass. No, no, no, no, no. No, nothing like that. He denied it. He denied, like, anything happening at first. I told him, I said, be a man, you know, just, you know, let's, we were both men here. We know what's going on. There's no reason he said he was making, he said he was married. And that's why he was supposedly there. I guess they were talking about his problems. You know, she was helping him out with that. And, yeah, that was it. He's just kind of under the phone. And that's actually why I decided to contact more. And I told him, let's go on. And he actually thought I was trying to set him up or let me know what you're trying to set him up. I said, that was not like that. And I said, you know, because I know what's coming on. And this is what's coming on. And I just felt like, and I told him, and that was it, you know, he wasn't as trusting as first look. You know,
I think he believed me. Okay. So the meeting with Maldon, it only consisted of you informing him that she was shooting at you with this guy. Yeah. And then you asked to, what do you want to do in the past? Yeah. Nothing else? No, I'm not. I came up at all. No. Well, actually, he was talking about, we started talking about the kids because I told him, you know, I'm like, I love these dogs too. You know, they were cute kids. And that's actually, I think what can piss him because I don't think he wants to meet me. But I think I just told him, I said, man, I'll go talk to you about it. You know what I'm saying? And so you mentioned, but would you say you, I won't say fatherly figure, but maybe I'll go figure, were you that close to him? No, no, no, no. They always would say, oh friend, you know, friend like this, I was, I had to be for girls. They are. They are. I was acknowledged, basically, but no, I'm like, I didn't like, I've only seen a big place that she was usually a school, you know, the times that I was there and I see that she's a six-year-old. Yeah. And, and, um, I'm getting on more than, more than a few times. So the day of a ranger is
going, they had the kids, they had not searched the age, or yeah, yeah. Well, I think it was like split, but stay in hand. What days is she going to have a new, remember? Honestly, I'm not sure, but I think they will show from me. I think they will show from the days. Sometimes, sometimes, I would be down a weekend, and sometimes I couldn't, because she had the kids. So, I don't know, he was asking you, um, or you're telling us how you're having the conversation with the person on the phone, and then, with one of my, and his name was Muhammad X, but, yes. I mean, that's, yes, the feelings for, uh, the keystripe. Me? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Were you low with her? It's hard to say. I always liked it. I've always liked it. Um, I'm like I said, like she had my brother when they were just kids. Yeah. And, uh, she was always a cute kid. Sure. And, uh, but when I had went to her, um, um, um, um, my sister's wedding, you know, by then she was, you know, she was a woman, and she got kids or everything. I think we just kind of both liked
each other. Sure. And she was always so receptive, you know, she's always so friendly, and so nice. Yeah. Uh, I liked that, you know, and, you know, there was, you know, sexual attention to them. And I think they just kind of motivated the whole thing. Well, you know, you, you mentioned the double standard where you were seeing other people. And then, you know, you didn't like the fact that she was also. Yes, you know, I was with them. Did they make you, how did they make you feel? No, I just, uh, I mean, I was actually for you upset about it. Did you think that she shouldn't be seeing anybody else? No, not at all. It's just the fact that, you know, they didn't know, I know what's going on then. Obviously, you know, like, okay, there's two cards in there, you know, and, you know, and she, if you still open the door, whatever, I'm like, I really, it's not even that serious, you know, like, I know what's going on. I'm over here, you know, with like two other women. So, but it's just a fact that she tried, you know, saying, okay, well, uh, no, I'm helping and helping and he's having family problems or whatever. And then he just has to come in this morning and he's saying the same thing. I'm like, come on, man. You know, that is what it is. You know, just like, be a
man about it. You know, there's no reason they have a few genuine, you know, you know, you know, didn't know what's going on. There's something going on. It's like, it's like, it's not like me having had a date. You know, like I said, it's right on and off. And then he actually just said, yeah, you know, I guess sleeping with him. How would you describe all keys to us as a person? As a person? She's very loved. Yeah. She's very loved. And she's like the least selfish person I know. And that's not the first time we've heard that. Yeah, as you noticed, I said, we've talked to several people. She helps literally everyone that I can think of, you know, like, and honestly, this is one of the three times that we're like, we kind of had arguments about that. You're too friendly and so friendly because she's too involved with a lot of people. And she actually helped me find my daughter at the time. And because, you know, I haven't seen my daughter in a few years, from being incarcerated. Her mother and I had gotten divorced. And I didn't really make an effort,
you know, all the personal reasons. But I hope to see your daughter, to see my daughter, and you see me hanging on like that. I'm going to not honestly, you know, I just, it's a little bit complicated, you know, and so that's what I'm going to do. You said, what keys was doing something? Yeah, she's like, I guess she, you know, she basically kind of helped out. You know, I think this was she felt like I needed at that time in my life, you know. Oh, so I seriously, she was trying to get you. Yeah, but she ended up finding her, she ended up finding her and talking to her mother and agreeing and all that and she just kind of surprised me with it. You know, she told me and you didn't like that, you know, no, I mean, it was, it was a surprise, you know, but like I was expecting it, you know, and she's like, you should talk to her and everything and, you know, I gave it a shot, I gave it a shot, you know, I ended up contacting her mother, she had puppies guy, my ex is phone number and I ended up talking to her, I ended up meeting and
you know, we tried, we tried, but I think, and this is just for the time being, but you know, like the kid is obviously, she doesn't know me as well. And that's what a life, a life change, it is, it is, you know, I've never made that feeling. So you weren't like, I'm up for child support, I don't like that. No, no, no. Yeah, I don't know, they're always had full custody, and you know, I was in prison, I really couldn't do anything. Yeah, she warned me, you know, before you went, you know, no, no, she was willing to follow. Okay. Yeah. So yeah, actually, when I got a car sedition, mother was putting it with her, and her, and her, like what's the worst, you know, the most angry ever she could just, I don't want to say angry, I think she just, you know, she was annoyed, you know, like she, she, you know, and was she raised her voice? Yeah, she would raise her voice, but not like, I mean, I don't want to call her an angry person, I don't think she's, you know, I sure could, I know, it's sometimes like she's talking on the phone with like her ex or whatever, and it could be about the kids, it could be whatever, and she just
gets annoyed, or nothing like when she was trying to buy a house, and stuff like that, and you know, things weren't going well at first, or stuff like that, you know, she gets bothered, but, you know, I think she's, I think she's just like, she's more to be hit, you know, and it kind of helped me out because, you know, to be honest with you, especially from going to prison and coming out of anything, it just, I wasn't, I don't want to say I was more to you than I was, you know, I was happier, but I just like, I was definitely not a risk-taker because I just kind of, not, not a trusting person, to be honest, and that's all, like, you try to make me more trusting. Okay, so she's pretty much even cute as an individual, as a person, she just kept on me. Yeah, I would say so. You ever see her like, the press or anything like that? Yeah, yeah, I've got that for you. She's, she's, she's always told them to help other people all the time, that I don't even, you know, like, even the time that I tell her, I'm gonna show other people, tell her like, hey, take it easy,
you know, she, she doesn't do enough for herself, I feel like, and, you know, she worries about other people more than, more than herself, and they just, something she's like, what, like, sometimes she can be stand up, it's like, just whatever, whatever, it's because, you know, she doesn't want to acknowledge it, but, because you guys have gotten the verbal argument. Yeah, and then we have, I remember we got to, uh, which she, well, I, one of the time I had offered to, uh, because she does photography, she does photography in, in, in the house, and that was something that the guys, I was uncomfortable with, because, you know, when people just come into the house and strangers, and, you know, and we're just something she was doing, you know, from my, and something that she enjoyed. She had a studio, she had a studio, no, no, I, this might, I offered to get her a studio, you know, but, she's, she's like, maybe wanted to help, she never wanted any help, and, but I was listening, if you need to help, you know, I can help, just, you know, tell me, but, she wanted to help, but I think she just, you know, she didn't want to come up like, okay, you know, Alex, you know, and, we were talking about
that at first, but I think she's so independent, she's so independent, they're just her nature, she refuses to accept any kind of help when it comes to that, and that's why she just kind of stayed doing a studio thing, and I bother to meet you guys, because I'm like, you know, you have kids here, you don't know what's coming to the house, and, yeah, but, yeah, um, he had talked a lot, I told him like, did you ever see him, if he said depressed or sad, maybe he caught one of state of mind for her in the, in the past two weeks, five months, and then I know he said he talked to her last, what a week or so. Yeah, she expressed, she expressed anything to you that she'd want you any problems with any of that. No, not really, um, two weeks, two weeks ago, I actually, I went over there, and it was just because like, you know, by then, like, you know, we were just completely done, to be honest, and I, you know, I moved on, and I was doing my thanks, I'm assuming she was doing her thing, but like with you, you know, we tried to maintain our friendship, because the fact that we, you know, our family's, like, or her, my family
was so close, we know each other for a long time, and, uh, but she's very strong in the way that, you know, you know, her sister's and brother, no, I'm never been, oh yeah, I know how you, yeah, I know how you did, and I got a job, no, I need to deduct it. Okay, okay, okay, the thoughts came on, yeah, let's do what, okay, let's do what I got to do, okay, okay, and, uh, well, this is not there always, um, they're going to school, okay, I'd say, well, you know, like, uh, who her best friend would be, um, not, this is tradition, who she calls with, which she talked to about. She's a secret fighter I can't say, honestly, I mean, she had like, uh, she had friends, she's not like a social butterfly, she is, she definitely is, you know, she has, uh, she's trying to give me the Facebook, you know, that stuff, yeah, I just, not a son, I think, you know, I tried to stick around, but it was a lot of that one, and, you know, I was fun, like, do you have any social media accounts? No, I have, uh, uh, tiktok, I used to have a stigma, okay, no, I didn't, no, I had to,
I don't know, what was your, I don't know, what was your complex for that? Oh, okay, teachers deleted it or is it still there? And so when I deleted it, when you, when you would talk to her, uh, on the phone, um, you know, obviously phone actions, but whichever you send to me, other apps or anything to communicate with her, what was it, what's that? Mm-hmm. Was it always us, what's that, but reserved, you know, did it change from time to time, record, text messages, what's that, snap shit? No, I never had snap shit, it's not, you know, I tried, is this not the best stuff? Um, but yeah, it was usually what's, uh, just messaging. Okay, so the last, the last time you talked to her, was the phone car, was it a text? No, it was a text, okay, and was that, was it a record text, if you were what's that? No, it was a text, okay, the last time you talked to her or the phone, was it a record car, was it through the app, what's that? No, it was, uh, on the phone, yeah, that was the, yeah, it was on the phone, okay, that was a few weeks back when I, uh, told her, um, we were talking on the phone, it was basically kind of like a, you know, the breakup thing and whatever you know that, and she
has said, you know, she's really, you know, she was always like that, she's like a one, one kind of person, you know, and she's like, uh, just, you know, come over, we'll talk about it one over there, I was there for 30, 40 minutes, and you know, we just kind of, I guess I could say I wanted to, we wanted to, in some way, a closure kind of, and, uh, that was it, you know, this, you know, that's not our good advice, but we always, we always kind of, you could say, uh, the relationship with them to cut off, you know, like, even before that, when, when something like that, that happened, there were times we were intermittent, that was like, there was a lot of sexual attraction, but there was, now that maybe it's just about something long-term, no, no, no, no, I'm sorry, when you had that last conversation with her, where you guys kind of decided to go your own way, was it cordial conversation, was it heated, what kind of conversation? Yeah, yeah, I would say it was, um, she, uh, like, you know, I expected she was, she's adamant about if she was, she's very independent, you know, and she's not the kind of person that you can, you know,
try to bargain with when it comes to like, okay, well, you know, if you don't do this, then whatever, she, she's basically like, okay, whatever, you know, it's, you know, she, she respects who you are, I'm this, I'm reminded, you know, because like, I like things like, I don't like a lot of strangers coming up with an artist, for example, that's why I had a problem with that studio thing, and I told her, so this open up studio, you know, it's, it's no problem, but she didn't want to do it, and, um, but, yeah, it was, it was cold, you know, did, did you both come to that conclusion, or did she say she was, or did you say you were done? No, she, we both agreed to it, we both agreed to it, and, uh, you know, I know, I know she knew that I was, you know, the people that she told me, but I didn't admit to it, you know, honestly, I denied it, and, um, she, she knew I wasn't trying to be serious, and I knew she wasn't trying to be serious, and, uh, but I think we both kind of wanted to, you know, give whatever we can out of it, and, um, that was really, you know, and we were always friends,
yeah, I mean, like, there was definitely, we were always willing to be friends before anything else, I think, because, uh, I would see us when, we both agreed, we see each other as friends, then, in a committed relationship, because especially with me at the time, to be honest with you, I really wasn't just trying to be friends with that, if it's for real. Yeah, yeah, I think that's what it was at. I just asked, and why would, like, uh, we talked to, um, upfinders, in our opinion, you know, you never met her, you never met her, just started discussing with you. I have heard that, I guess, and she seemed to think that, uh, that you two had gotten, uh, not legally married, but married, according to the Muslim religion. Yeah, it was marriage, and at some point she might even be wearing a ring, because it's in true. We, I, we had discussed that, and, uh, but to be honest with you, like, I don't want to, she, she wasn't as religious, I think, you know, and, uh, like, I, I, I offered, I don't care about
the person, you know, giving a lot about the whole Islamic religion, you know, just whatever. But I offered that to respect, you know, and, you know, she was like, it doesn't really matter, you know, and I told her, if you ever want to do it, no problem, it's just kind of like a few words between two people, just, and the God is a witness, and that's all there is. So there's just an idea? Well, it's just, like, you're that 10. What, you want to do with that? Yeah, but, like, between two people, you know, you can also, go share a ring or ring, and there's that nature. Yeah, you know, so it's, you've got to be part of it, right? Uh, I did. What, what, what, what, what, what do you look like? It was, uh, well, I, uh, I was, I was a yellow ring that I had gotten her, and, uh, but, like, you kind of had, like, whatever, and she's helped wear it, and I eventually noticed that she had actually had a different ring on. I think it was, like, a blue or a green ring. And did she get back here? No, no. No, I'm just doing that, and I had a typical ring ring. It was, it's like, rush the band. No, it was, like, one of them, she found the other rings. Okay. Yeah. She actually had ordered it, I believe, because I,
yeah, yeah, because we used to quit a cartoil, right? You know, I'm kind of, I said, I, I mean, I think you realized that she was a good person. I just see you guys had some sexual attraction, which isn't people who are important in their relationship. It just seems like, you know, um, the, if it was, I'll get off, get off, get off, get, I don't know why I would go that way if you were actually, couldn't go through with this, um, with the rules. I'll be married. That makes sense. What, what, what, what did you do then? Do, probably not portraying it, actually. I think you just, you know, because, you know, we were involved, we were involved. And, uh, she always, she always, especially wanted to kind of have a ring, because, you know, she always is approached by me. I think there was kind of like a little shield for her, you know, and, you know, she would tell me, obviously, it's an installment from talking, trying to talk to her. And, uh, but that's, you know, but I felt comfortable too, that she had a ring on, because, you know, because I know how to leave it. Yeah, you know, and, um, yeah, that was it.
So, when was the day break up then, clean it to you, do you think? Um, definitely when I, uh, when I send a video to her, definitely, when was that, do you think I cannot collect the day, you know, but, I have a few months, but you don't seem like, to me, you're very calm, you're very relaxed. Okay. Um, and then you say it, you know, it didn't really mean a much to you, because, you know, her tend to be with her long-term, because you had, the side piece, the side piece is, she had something else going on that you found out, right? Does it make sense to get dead, that angry, to where he'd run, to send her father, a video of her doing something provocative, just a role in her reputation, if you didn't care part of that much? You know what I mean? No, I was just, it was, it was, it was otherwise advised. I was just, I was stupid on my part, but I did it. You know, I wanted to, I think, I felt offended, you know, maybe, because, I guess you could say, you know, Steven, do I need a bit of a minute, even though I didn't,
you know, it made me feel like I was in the room. I never really started in that life, to be honest with you. I know she's a social butterfly, and she talks, and, you know, like, she's, like, with, like, she's the kind of person who would have no friends, you know, and I'm the kind of person like, that's not a good idea, because I know what guys want. And it's still, you know, she's independent, so I'm going to have to say, well, no, that's how it is. And, uh, either of you drink it all. Yeah, I do. I don't know. High school, you know, they say, when booze, the two things that, you know, come on this world? Yeah. Right. Because, uh, I was, they said, they sent me a, was this a plate of text that you sent her there? Yes. There was a more than one video, or just, or just one video. I was just telling you, did you? And a reason why it's important to me to talk to you, because I was just telling you, right? If you were to me, just to investigate it objectively, that didn't know you as a document, I think you're calm and relaxed. But if you read this text, I love, I mean, it looks like you're pissed. Yeah, I was.
You know what I mean? And then you can say at one point that you are connected man with resources, more resources than you could ever imagine. Right. And you mentioned that you had to get rid of this guy's license plate, maybe you had somebody run his plate, do you know any police officers who ran this guy's plate? No, it was bulletproof. That was just, it was postrate. Yeah. Okay, because we want to know about the information. No, I don't know, I don't know. That was just bulletproof. I just wanted to know, basically, that's, I just wanted to know. I just wanted to know the book. Talk to the school. And I tried to rob you to, bro. No, you put, and you're a father, but you hadn't been in the mix with her for 10 years, because you were incarcerated, right? But, um, um, did you, did you do a sister in me family? That's the, the, give me sisters. Yeah, you know, can you imagine being a father in a text like this about your daughter? How much do you make? Yeah, near Fernora's, a lying cheating. And there's some dialogue in here that this, I got a daughter, so this came to me as you f***ed. Yeah. You know what I mean? That was my one intention. When we had the stuff, within, of course,
that's why I was in court to talk to you. Okay. Because of this dissent to her father about months ago. And also, now she's not here, right? That's why it's important to figure out what's going on. You found me. Okay. So, say it was a fair statement to say that you grew right saying this now. Yeah. Okay. Um, I know that. So, this was since some time around January, February this year. That's all right. After you met with this bombidate at Walmart. I'm not, honestly, I can't think of that at the day. But it was a while back. Was it outside? Of course, but it's been a while. It's been a while back. But I'm not really sure about the day. Okay. But you guys broke up right before you sent this. Yeah. Okay. And then after the break up, you mentioned you guys have been since a dialogue or communication with them.
Well, we always worked with them. Was there any more friends with benefits stuff going on? Recent. Have you seen her again for sex in her recent? I have seen her a couple weeks. A couple weeks ago. But yeah, that like, we haven't, we didn't do anything. I think we just kind of had like a little talk mixed with me now. And we, I think we eventually came to an agreement that we, you know, we're too different. And we're too different because we're too alike. You know, she's fine. I might get on spotlight. And, uh, I was her response to this. She was, uh, oh, it was kind of funny. Obviously she was pissed off. And, uh, but she had asked me. She's like, you know, she sent me a message. She's like, you know, nice job. You know, you managed to make a scene. So I'm like that. And, um, she had, uh, she wanted me to come over. And I had a few. She went after this. She wanted me to come over. Yeah. Why was that? I don't know. She was like, quick, yeah, you know, come over to talk about this now. I think maybe that was in a way. I'm trying to, um, and actually, to be honest with you, when she said that I did send the message
I did, uh, take a picture of that. And I sent it to, um, I met her ex. I'm like, you see, you know, she's, she's, she's, you know, makes it, she's retarded. What is she doing? For you guys to continue conversation, a dialogue. It's hard to wrap her head around. Right here. It's hard to say or believe that she can still want to have an open relationship with you and for this message. How many of you did this right here? It'd been like, you know, if you, I never asked you, ever again, there's no point for them to continue, right? You've lost trust in you, didn't ruin her life. This is with her family, right? So from this time on, it's hard for us to believe that you guys had a good relationship, right? Because it just, what it makes sense to know another, right? Yeah. Would you agree with that? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So would you agree that you guys' relationship after this was not good? Well, there wasn't a relationship. You know, as far as
two individuals are talking, right? They had to have changed to a nice nature. Yeah, right. Because I know that her dad even, like, stopped, and stopped buying gifts for her children, and stopped pulling over and missing them, like, he got nasty between her and her father over the video. Because I guess he's creeped about it. So he was just talking about the old thing. So when we talked to her family there earlier, I was like, a game changer when the video was sent. Okay. And then, it's hard to understand because you, obviously, you caught her cheating. And was it something that he would do? And listen, I've been a girlfriend of that. I thought she'd none of these right yet. And managed to help me possess an interior toy over the women. You say you got a side piece, but you're still this. So big, you're a little man, you're a little bit older. So yeah, you're a young business of it. So I mean, were you checking on a minor at nine grand buyer place? No, not at all. And how did you find the bench club in the driveway the one day?
Oh, that day, that day when I went over there, I think because we were still talking even after that, you know, like not on a regular bus. Like I said, we chased him there and even after this incident, we were into it. And so one day, when I went over there, drove by there and I seen the car and then recognized that's when I did like, you know, I kind of pulled 22 degrees. It's pretty, I mean, pretty much to that license plate, you know, saw about her ex-husband, this is going on, there's information. Yeah. Would it be fair to say that you um, after this particular incident, you were seeking an early shift with her more than her she didn't wish to go with you? No, not at all. That wouldn't be a long way to go. So if, if there was anything like that, most probably just sexual, you know, I mean, the times that her and she would always try to check up on me. This is the things you'd always try to check up on me, talk and um, even to update me I was some things like even just whatever. Well, that's the point. She tried to make it. So, I mean,
were the times where she would initiate a conversation with you by sending you a text message? Yeah. It's all that going to be on your phone. Um, our job is, our job is not to, I mean, obviously, if you, if you, if we did, if you did this, right, my job is to put you in prison, right? But my job is also to have an eye on you if you didn't do it. I hope so. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. The equalism worth is to rule out equal. That's why you're, we first went in, we'll have easy access when you get an e-page shot support. I'm Strage Kostoff, Wizard of America, and that ruined his life. He's been, he's been with his parents at home right now. I think he could be custody. Well, now I got focused today, right? And his life has been ruined by, unfortunately, by herd of fidelity. So, the one that would benefit most from her demise would be, well, but we would still be in first, okay? And he came to you just like you sat down and asked all the questions. We were the verifixing of this information with his phone.
Okay. And then we knew that she was being this master guy. That's the guy on the red truck. He said, now you're the same share you're a same exact conversation. Fully cooperative, like you then gave us this phone, right? We went through all this information, right? Because the phone's not like. Yeah. All right? Is there anything that you've done to your phone? No, not. We don't believe any messages. Have you done anything? The, the, the, the, the gears here? Yeah. Not me. I'm not like that. Yeah. All right. But these weeks over here, I didn't know where to figure out there's been information deleted. So, I'm just asking you to be affronted if somebody's missing from the past couple days or they tell you if you were an investigator. No, I'm just saying. Yeah. Like before that, obviously, like, because I had, you know, the context and everything. Before when, when this happened, I was just pretty much done, you know? And, uh, yeah, I did delete whatever we had to get the ice on pictures before with it, so I deleted it. Okay. And, uh, if you just deleted anything with her or this year, your entire phone is deleted. No, sometimes I do it in my home phone too.
I do that. When's the last time you did, like, any form of, like, wiping or deleting of the device? I don't know. I didn't do it. At least once a week, I would say. Okay, did you do it yesterday? I don't know. Maybe. Maybe. No, yesterday. Yeah, possibly, once I do, um, I found out about this, uh, uh, uh, finally, I told me about this, uh, that even we need to list off, you know, like, he told me about Google activities and, like, how they keep track of everything like that. And, um, supposedly, just to kind of keep, um, you know, to track up what you follow and whatnot. And I went on there and he has true, like, he basically shows everything, like, oh, he works out, you know, that, you know, I thought it would be deleted out of your phone, you know, so, yeah. Um, you know, that anytime, well, you know, it said you did the information from your phone that the devices you connect with, the store, the content.
Yeah, you were standing there, right? So, um, if we believe, or we have, uh, any type of evidence that we have in our possession, currently, we're doing the same thing with that. So if, and we're not just devices, we don't need just devices to get that information. All right, we just go directly to the source. All right, and we've obtained all that stuff. So, like we said, the geeks are looking into it right now. So, even if you delete information from your phone, we go straight to the source, or we go to another device that your phone had contact with, we can still see the communication. Okay. Okay, does that make sense? Yeah. Okay. So, just, uh, I just want to be clear, as far as that's concerned. So, you told me that you found out that, about, about, uh, that, uh, a two-o-clock test rate at work. Okay, so, you went to work, um, you say a coworker has told you, um, yeah, to ask him, uh, how did he plan out about it? Yeah. Uh, I think, uh, the, uh, the coworker, um, when I came in there, he told me that, uh,
Joe, uh, had, uh, what he knew on his mom, he didn't know, you know, that's why I was, like, kind of taking back, because I'm like, who you talking about? He's like, uh, his friends, uh, assisted that, you know, your friend would tell him, he's like, my mom, he's like, who's your mom? He said, uh, you know, the first thing I could do, I, um, wanted to say a lot, what are you talking about, you know? And now, how do you, he's like, how long did you hire him? Uh, a couple of months later, that's like, you know, probably, um, and, yeah, and I called Ferris, he's the manager at the other gas station. Okay, the work, Joe, I worked, and I told him, I was going on, is this true? He's like, again, he just left work, he found out his sister, you know, I died then. Yeah. I just didn't believe it, I'm sure it's the best, which was, I just, uh, maybe that's what I'm talking about, yeah, and who else said you, is the way you mentioned it, you called, fit her family, right? Who'd you call her family? Well, I didn't have all the numbers. I had, I had the rest of the access, uh, uh, number, and I had the radius from the big area,
and I had, uh, and I had, uh, all these other, other brothers. That's the doctor. Yeah. And are you in your friends? Not really. We kind of tried to be when, uh, when, when I had, you know, we were involved, and, um, he didn't recognize me as first, you know, I, uh, it takes a lot of today, man, it's, what's going on? Tell me what the hell's going on? And then, he's like, I'm still around with my family, I can't talk, and, uh, you know, I, I called, uh, I, I called the the ex-husband, he didn't answer. And, um, I called Ferris to get, uh, because I didn't have your whats number. And then, so I called Ferris, they gave me joys, and I called him to he didn't answer. And I thought, I called my sister, and I'm like, hey, you know, this is what, this is what I found out. She's like, yeah, I know. I always phone calls for the microphone. What do you mean? No, when you call Ferris, when you call him. Oh, yeah, this should be, yeah, okay. And then, did you say, what were you doing out?
No, honestly, I just, I just then, you know, I just felt like, I didn't believe it, to be honest with you. And I just, I just left, I couldn't, you know, I couldn't be there. Okay. So, what, what did you um, how old? Yeah. All right. And then, you, uh, and you had, uh, as soon as some point, you told me, I was trying to, it's really all right. Yeah, of course. I mean, like I said, I have a record, so I know, this goes. Oh my. What you got home, what did you do? I stayed on, all day. I was there. I did. Okay. I mean, just incidentally, what have you heard, like, what do you know about her passion? Nothing really. Nothing that I can tell. You know, I tried, I don't have a Facebook or whatever, but I went on, I went on, on the internet. And, uh, well, I'm sorry, you know, I caught a cold accident. My brother, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm calling and, uh, because supposedly, like his, his, uh, uncle, one of his uncle's case,
the one that watches the bodies and whatever, some of the days. And I said, then, you know, what's going on? Tell me, you know, what happened, whatever. He's like, many people they're saying, something like, uh, you know, or I was going to suppose, or the shudder, or whatever. He's, heard. Just, yeah, this, this, like, that's what he said. He's seen one of the comments on, uh, on the internet. Man, that's all I know about it, you know, okay. And then, you didn't immediately think of anybody who could be involved No, no, she didn't have any enemies that you're aware of. No, um, from, you know, be spun your reaction with her ex-husband, why do you think he's so many people doing such a thing? No, I can't say that, man. You know, I've made it one time to be honest and I'm that I've made it you seem, you know, he seems like an okay guy. Okay, no, so I can't really say that. Okay, um, I know, I gotta ask you again, you mentioned you talk a friend that was telling you about
how cool it could contract your device and that kind of thing, who was the friend that gave you the information? Oh, it was, that was a lot of that actually. Oh, he's listening, so it was something you knew. Yeah, I know. And, uh, did you do anything from your Google timeline yesterday? Possible, or like $40? Yeah, possibly. Yeah. Let me ask you that, man, this is not me accusing this to me, asking because I gotta know if, if I knew why I didn't do anything and the phone could prove that. Mm-hmm. Why would you do that in there? No, I didn't do that. Do you know what I mean? I understand. Because that would be huge for you. Yeah. Right. Because right now, I would be just saying, you're at home. You know, it's not a nut. Mm-hmm. All right. So that's why in that part, it's going to be suspicious. Right. And then, because you deleted any information or text messages or phone calls from her, right? But you have other ones for anybody else. No, you didn't delete the whole thing. You just deleted it. No, it depends on how.
Specific one. Maybe. Yes. Okay. Now, people out on top to have said, if you put the detective out, what would you think if you were looking at and saw that just these specific these were deleted and after so many was killed, you know what I mean? Um, where do you know where you were at on Sunday? What Sunday? Yeah. Yeah, I was with some friends. Okay. What time? Where were you with your friends on Sunday? I was, uh, I got, what was in my friend's house, I think he got there like five o'clock, six o'clock. Okay. What was in there? It was in, where he was. Where he was. He was, uh, uh, deep on his, by a candle that went in the piece of it. Okay. Yeah. What were you doing here? We got drunk. We played poker. We smoked. Uh, we went to the Ohio. Well, I'm with the dog. After we got there, a fine with the dog. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Well, no, we kind of, like we got there to ask we stayed there for like an hour. He was in the mall, right? Yeah. What's the most last thing? Uh, I'd you, a j e e b.
How was he? He's, uh, probably my age. Okay. Yeah. Is this number under the mall in your phone or more G, or what's this kind of? More, more G, more G in your phone. Yeah. Even though it's not our time to get the, you know, I wouldn't be the next one. So it's like, it's a great memory. How was your memory? It's, uh, I don't know. Okay. And that's what I'm not good with following with the mall. About G's houses in, in the heights, and somewhere near beach daily. And we're, we're having more. No, it's been going to beach daily. It's like, uh, the first block over there. Okay. It was me and his brother and another friend Albee. We, uh, like I said, we just kind of, let's go. What's the most? I'm sorry to get out. These, these things, I got a verifier in. What, what's the most, uh, pollution? Awesome. And this is number of your phone. Yeah. Okay. On the rest of you. Yeah. Okay. And then you said, something else that you. Yeah. All right. What's this last name? Um, uh, M-A-H.
It's me, I hate, but I'm not a dude. Should I just go to that? Me. Me. I hate. And maybe, yeah, maybe I hate, maybe, and maybe, I just go to H.A. Yeah. It's gonna go through that. Mm-hmm. It's gonna go through our friend's viewers. Yeah. Roughly the same age as you. Yeah. But Ali does not live with these guys. No. You don't restate that. Yeah, there's a good one. We're at, uh, this week. By Chase. By Chase, uh, like, there's a close to my house. Okay. And his number's in your phone as well. Yeah. Same name. Yeah. Last name, dude. No, I, I have him on Sunday. I do, he's. I do, he's in here. Okay. And were you with these guys the whole night? Yeah. Okay. So you got their fives, and they went the bell out at some point. And he has a molded ring. All right. Um, and then when did you get back from Delaal? Um, was late, maybe 10. Maybe 10 o'clock. I kind of broke it. So you got there around five or six. You guys leave it away for Belaal?
To Belaal? No. Belaal, we got there. Cause we, we were children for a little bit. You know, kind of, most got a fight. Cause we kind of like shows up with a little bit. You know, he's learning what he shows up in. And, um, we, I don't remember how long we, I don't know exactly what time we left his house, but when we left, they went to look a store down the street. And from there, we went to Belaal. By then, it was like, so. Maybe it was driving your Belaal? Yeah. Maybe it was, two hours, maybe. Small wind ring, I know. Yeah. And, uh, now it's supposed to distance you at the time. I know. That seems to be the hang-up bell out. Rouge, fire, cover, watch this party. And don't care. All right. And just these forget you with you. Yeah. Okay. What car did you drive to at Belaal? No, my car. Okay. What car are you driving now? The cruise? Yeah. Okay. And it's the drove to the house in the cruise. The four-year-old up in your cruise, you go to Belaal, and they're hanging on a good time. You get back from Belaal, with 10 o'clock you sent. Yeah. Probably.
And you go back to the most house. Yeah. Okay. And then how long do you stay at the most house? Uh, but for, I was asking. Play poker, play poker a lot. So it's just different. Okay. Like, hold. Hold? Yeah. Yeah. It's safer on your own line. Yeah. It's so hard. You can still make one at the same time. I agree. We actually do Zoom and play on the line at the same time. And then we all need a carousel. All right. So you back at 10, you get to play poker forever. And what time did you leave his house? Always late. I don't know. Two or three possibly. Okay. Yeah. All right. Two or three a.m. And then when you left his house, just you left. No, I took a leave with me. Well, actually, I, because his brother Hassan is either down the street, too. So I dropped Hassan off. And then I took a leave, dropped him off. He lives down the street from home. Yeah. Hassan lives with his, uh, with his parents. I'm sorry, I dropped the street. So you drop Hassan off first. All right.
And he falls by. Yeah. And then you drop by off, but he lives off of Chase Ropes. Am I right? Yeah. Okay. So, um, do you remember the route that you took prepping from Moe's house? Apparently you dropped off Ali. Yeah. Yeah, I dropped Hassan off. I took a telegraph. And, uh, I went to, I think it was boy droid. Pretty sure it was boy droid. And then you went back to day one. I dropped him off. And Ali's with you at that time, right? Yeah. All right. Okay. So you dropped him off. And then did you go straight on after that? Yeah. Okay. Was anybody awake when you got home? No. I tried to go on there because I was a little bit I had been drinking and everything to be honest. And I just, and I try not to run into my dad. Okay. So you, you still have your dad? Yeah. All right. So your dad's there. What's your dad's name? Hassan. Hassan. Yeah. Hassan. Sadie. Sadie. Sadie. Sadie. Sadie.
Sadie. Okay. And who else stays there with you? Well, my mother, or she's actually what she's right now. Okay. So just you and your dad around here. Okay. No one else stays there. All right. When you took telegraph and you, you left post house so you went some on a street eastbound towards telegraph. Is that correct? It's because of the day where you'd be of shape and more not telegraph. Um. I dropped up house. I might have, I might have killed a cut through the neighborhood and I'm not sure to be honest. But I was, I ended up in a telegraph. Maybe you're drinking and we shouldn't have to cut the neighborhood. Probably, probably. I can't remember exactly why it's telegraphed. Okay. Did you come, I'm sorry. Did you come across any, did you notice any police in the area? Were you bugging staff or anything for your kid to drive? Were you cautious like that? I was trying to be cautious here. We just come across any cars I don't tell them
at least cars or anything. I tell the referee. No, not like that. I can, I don't know. I don't know if they do it. No, no. I've been just getting most of the day so I'm kind of smoking a little so. Yeah, maybe. You know, part of the chapter there. If I would be telling you right, so if I call I'll eat you, he'll tell me this exact same story. Yeah. And you've got them off. Yeah. All right, you guys said you got home some time around two or three am. Yeah. Okay. When and when I hear and I really care about anything, you go on the side as far as marijuana I think. Are you involved in any type of drug sales? It was the last time you used any narcotics. When you say so, I'm assuming it's serious, right? No, no, we, I was for the weed. I don't smoke so good. Okay. Yeah. All right. Let's hope you're useful. It's for the weed done about how to do them. Yeah. Any other drugs? No. Okay. When you were with, when you were with, um, Mr. Deak, was she, did she use any drug in her work?
No. I actually tried to get it to smoke weed with me, but she is against it. Yeah, it's pretty nasty. Nannas. No. Okay. Now so, does she smoke cigarettes? No. Take pills? No. I don't know, but I don't think so. Recently, when you went to her house late at night and we're not going to hang in there on her doors or windows, try to talk to her. No. Never. Never. Okay. Because she did report to you where they are. Yeah. When, did you talk about the time that they got with you there? No. Different times. No, not that I don't know. So, then, you know, part of these questions, and we don't mean cloths like disrespect for anything in debt. Okay. But these are sometimes with that tough questions and whatnot in the earth. No, I can't understand that, right? But you understand that we talk to, so we've probably not mentioned that before. I just want to let you know that, you know, a lot of them who are close to her or were close to her, you know, they said she provided, provided that like she told them things that maybe not a lot of people generally move now.
Mm-hmm. All right. And some of the information we came across was that you could constantly go over to the house, you know, without being invited, probably going to the door. This is stuff that she would tell her close friends. I think that's not true. It would say that's not true. Why would she say that? Why would she make that up? Why would she tell her friends that? I don't know what to do now. So you never would go up to the house without being invited there one time when she had that girl. That was it. I didn't open that door and I knew it. Mm-hmm. And that's when I, that whole thing where the text must just happen. Okay. Mm-hmm. Why would she say that one time? I mean, it wasn't only something, you know, it was just kind of like, something with a moment, you know, it wasn't like, uh, she wasn't my wife, you know, she wasn't my girlfriend or whatever, it was just something that was going on, you know. Does it bother her? I don't know, but the reaction wouldn't indicate that it was something that wasn't a big deal. I didn't get it. Obviously it was a big deal. Do you want to happen? You were still pissed off that you sent a video to her father. Mm-hmm. I don't have a video,
but her naked or something. I just wanted to embarrass her. Right now. Like, at the time, I felt like she had it to be embarrassed. Did you ever feel like she was not, you know, she wore a job. Did you ever feel like, you mentioned that she wasn't cheaper trade. Like, she was religious. Mm-hmm. Obviously dressed that way. And you said, you're not really a religious person, right? But did you think were you upset because she was acting in a way that it was against the rules that it would be? No, not how the Muslim woman should be acting. Not at all. I mean, honestly, you know, I dream, can I smoke, you know? Hold on, hold on. You know, I don't think she was going anything, you know, until that time, you know, but even then, you know, it's like, you know, I drink, I smoke, you know, I do what I can do. It's rather easy. It's rather a hypocrisy. Yeah, I know how it is. It is, it is. But, you know, just the way it is. And maybe that's just the old day of my mindset, I guess, I don't know what it is. Well, she goes out.
Well, she always be wearing the push-up. Yeah, you know, when you were the sister picked out when you were living with her, she was staying with her of my with herself. That was she wearing the hijab in the house when you were there. I don't know if it just depends, you know. Mm-hmm, yeah. Okay. How familiar are you with her house? I know you've been there a few times that she had any type of alarm system or anything like that, but you know, not that I know of. You have the ship. Any cameras? Like, maybe, yeah, I think she did. Okay, yeah. And you only knew the one potential ring that's up that she hides for just a case she uses her own. Like, it wouldn't ring the house. Ring? I'm sorry. The key. Into the house. Oh, no, not for that house. No, not for that one. No, when you were seeing each other and it was on her door, that house was over us. So it wasn't for this house. No, this is the average ratio of the MPL from. Okay, so once you were separated, she's still standing over
for a period of time. Yeah. And you get for the other time. Yeah. Okay. But you know, I'm a key for the house. No, no, no. Okay. That was the new house. Yeah, she had just bought so I never would eat. And at the time, we weren't really like, go, you know, I guess you can say, we were consistent with it. It was like something like that, but in the old house, yeah, she would leave it to me like under that little ledge on the door. So okay. All right. Um, and there's no way that you would have deviated from the route that you told us, when you were grabbing home, you took telegraphs right north. Didn't cut in the neighborhood. Right. After each and more fun telegraphs. Yeah. I'm not sure which one I took. Going to telegraphed again is quite. Yeah. I would remember, if I took me standing to Michigan. Were you driving normally? Were you driving and usually, the way you're driving and you're coming through that you were following. I don't know, you're drinking swimming, you're like, I mean, I was going to be about, okay, riding normal.
I think so, yeah. Okay. Were your lights on? Yeah, put it. Did you, did you notice what he's trying at some point? No. Okay. Um, because, uh, at least the car was following you. Hmm. All right. Because they, your lights were off or you were somewhere on, uh, I think it's hand over. That's your stuff, maybe? No. It's kind of, but I don't know where it's going. Okay. Well, it's down there right where you described what mobile, a jeep was. You know, yeah. It says, what's the life, what a lot of north of them weren't. Yeah. Okay. And I studied our cars sitting there with the lights off, so they paid a close attention to you because if I made something, okay. All right. And they were so close enough that they gave your lights off. It's funny. All right. Okay. Um, but then, when you left that area, you didn't turn down an accident to go westbound for any reason. Because where is the accident? The accident was by the 7-Eleven and the airport, where the light is,
what castles, my castles written there. You know, it's a lowly, and it's written in the corner of the hotel room because they, they're necessarily also set up on you by dives. Okay. And I'll say you're a real crew when it's, uh, no, no, no, no. Not tonight. So you, that would not be accurate if you go on westbound in Oxford. I don't know where I'm at, because it was like, yeah, so that we're trying to still do or just, you know, make sure nowhere to settle as I'm telling you, if you do a match, and this is not when I try to rob each of you, man. I'm going to take some notes and try to find but these guys are coming what's that? I think I should get a lawyer. Yeah. Why? I don't know, man. I think you guys are trying to set me up. How would he set you up? I told you that, that's part of the problem. I was trying to know what shape was driver. And if there was anyone trying to follow me. In any way, I think probably might be aware of it. So they could just say it was out. Follow me. I got it. And unmarked. Their voices are running or played like one,
three times in the morning. Okay. Right here in front of two, five, eight, four, one, and over, three. Okay. Okay. What is that? What is I know? That's down there. This is down here, panoron. I know. It's closed out. Yeah. That's my fault. Yeah. Okay. I'm not bullshitting. We had this before. You can talk to it. Yeah, but I don't remember anyone following me. What's that? I don't remember anyone following me. I'm trying to say it's true, because we even know the telegraph. This is rocks for us. Okay. And we know who's ever said it's. Yeah. Okay. No doubt. At some point, you go Westbound. They ran, they run this at one, three, nine, eight, one, four, five, you're going Westbound to ask for it. Okay. The neighborhood there. This is a state, this is a state of the, it's a dummy myth. What's that? I think this is a dummy.
This is not the route that you took. You come to the neighborhood lights out. Okay. But then we hear pacing out four times, because it takes approximately seven minutes. To get from, from your boys house, all of it here, to our Mississippi clips. Okay. So we wanted to get a time frame together. So this is just a rough estimate. Okay. Yeah. When that point was, if your plate was right at one, three, nine, down here. Okay. Okay. And then at one, forty-five, you're on video going Westbound on Oxford. Right here. This is the 7-11. There's a white castle right here. There's a horizontal right here. All right. This is the traffic light. This is the telegraph. This is telegraph. Okay. Can you explain why you'd be going Westbound? I'm at Oxford. Right. From telegraph right here. No. No. I wasn't going that way. No. No. I took telegraph all the way down. I know that. And I didn't get up. I'm just going to put a shortcut up before I draw it. There's two things where any issue up. You know, police officer in your own video. The doctor's office right here.
If you say it is, then I'll just talk to the lawyer. I understand. Okay. But you are pretty tough at that. You had somebody go to your table. Yeah. I did. Yeah. Speak with Eddie. All right. Okay. You change your mind. Is it weird? I'm trying to get to the direction of the reconstruction to Apex here. No, I understand. But, you know, you guys, and I know you guys are just down to here to do a book, which you just said was not true. And then I know it's not. So, I did a lawyer. Okay. I think this is one of the times where you guys try to kind of catch me with something and I don't appreciate that. I'm not going to see questions, but that's not the case. Okay. The cases were trying to figure out what happened. So, I told you before, when I tried to be districed like for, and sometimes we have to ask you tough questions. You might not like. Yeah. But, you're not the one person that we have some questions to understand yet. I don't have a record, man. I understand. I told you that, I don't have to speak. Trust thing. I tried to be trust in it. Honestly, I haven't do anything wrong.
So, I said, you know what? That's why I don't need this. And then today, once we've done with the conversation, we want to walk out and believe in you. And that's insane. Listen, we have to create everybody that's singing. In our eyes, everyone's a suspect. And that's how it is, right? Everyone's a suspect. It's like, for us, we have to put the puzzle together. Okay. As the investigation goes on, we collect facts, we get pieces and we keep them but in the puzzle together. Even your savings to us put the puzzle together. For me, but now you've said now we need to turn the list down. Right. Our job is a document. It's going to be a document. If you read the first one, wow, it was the first one. He had a much worse interview than you did. I mean, as far as because he has a lot more of those at this point. Because I understand. Okay. All right. I'm done. All right. Well done. Yeah. I don't know. The phone's in or not. Let's get the phone's down. Let's zoom in as well. I ask for you though. Okay. Because like I said, this is ongoing investigation. And our attention is to see it through. I'm curious. Okay. This is my car. Okay. That's my best time.
Okay. What I was asking is if that I have say line you think is something that you might think is important. Or down the line you say, you know what? I want to continue to talk to you guys. I feel it might be important. Okay. Anytime you feel like that. Okay. You give us a call. Okay. We were hoping and maybe you saw something over there. You didn't eventually try to buy her a place to check up on her. She's still okay. You might have saw her on the right way. Then you didn't try. Best of you guys I was talking about. You found her. You might have saw the red shot there. Right? That's it. I mean, at the end of the day, someone's dead. Right? Someone that you loved is dead. Someone that was someone's daughter or someone's sister. Right? Is dead. Right? And it's our job to find out what happened. And no one's pointing fingers. But hey, sometimes we have to ask this question. And hopefully you don't take that personally. It's just some of the things that you guys
don't get the job that we have to do. But at the same time, I have to take my stuff to the public. I know how serious this is. 100% I'm going to start with a guy with a record like mine. I mean, is that, you know, the record is something that can be used. There's still things you've got to love to send to us some things like that. And that is just being this. Sometimes it issue projects the future. But this part is from a chart, it's our concern. We're going to outlook on court. We rarely use so many of these from a record ever. So I think I was going to have to play in. Right? And my mom has no record. But we would accuse the hell out of him because he was the most likely person at first. Yeah. All right. But we're going to have some things that have to be defeated, man. And all right, the fault is going to be a problem. I wish that you had the information or what that would have demonstrated. You didn't do those things, right? You didn't turn a strong Oxford. They didn't communicate with it. But that's just been deleted then. You know, if you ever had such an objectively, right? It doesn't mean that you did some wrong. But most people don't delete that that information if you could continue. You know what I mean? I mean, one thing I would like to add
is knowing that we're going to continue talking to people or not. Once you leave here today, we ask that you don't communicate with anybody and your potential witnesses. Okay. Don't talk to people. End up talking to someone. Don't disclose our conversation, our questions that are being asked of you. Okay. Because you never know. Maybe the person you talk to is responsible. Okay. Does that make sense? Yeah. Because eventually we're going to come around and talk to the same people we want them to say, oh yeah, you know, how does that sound to me that? I heard from my son. He said, you talk to you guys. This is what he said. How do you think I was at? I was with them. They don't want us. Okay. Well, I'm saying this no matter what, we're out of sync. It's called the alley. And then we can get here to the left. We do that conversation and you didn't have any dialogue with them to get along with one way or the other. Interesting. So hopefully when we talk to him, he can verify what he told us. Right. We can move on to the next box. There's a little box. There we're going to next.
So it looks like there's number four. None. We'll check this out. Okay. Well, if you get on my phone, so there's a lot of chat already. Yeah, if we check it out. That's for the geeks. I don't know what's on there. Is there other cameras that you're house? No. No. I think we have cameras, but I don't think they work because we're supposed to pay the smoke, they think. And yeah, I'm pretty sure we haven't paid it, but I think you check it in a few days. That would be a one way to perform with tiny at home, right? As long as we have to do some more digging. You know, that there's another person that we're going to talk to next. Well, yeah, just you don't mind. Don't say any of our conversation. No, not at all. Because we're hoping that you thought something, if you'd roll by there. But there's some way after that, did something. And to what extent is still to be determined, but yeah, we ultimately want to find that person. Yeah, right.
And if you care about it, or let you say it, and you want the exact same thing, right? I don't think, I mean, I can't think of any of any, any of these issues that go on. It's not that I know because she's a pretty girl, and he both had none. You know, people associate me, like, see how do girls associate me. As far as I know, people always kind of, like, you know, trying to talk to her, especially when she was working at X and everything. But, you know, still, like, she's just, you know, she's smart. She's smart girl. And, you know, I just, I don't, I can't think of any of these. She's not as with you, man. I can't think of her X doesn't. You know, you know, I got it for a bit. So just, I don't know. I don't know if there's nobody. Right. If she, like, issue the drugs, it would be easier. If she, you know, well, accounts a good mom, having a free spirit. No, I mean, if she was, she was, uh, maybe she was a lawyer, who was right for her, for that reason. But it doesn't mean she wasn't a person to do that.
No, we are. We know who we are, but, you know, this is a change of what kind of people we are, you know. We can live our life is enough, but we still believe that when we land, that you work the shape of our house, don't you? That's my old little friend. Now you've listened. Now go to your thing.
