This week we talked with Matt Byrd. We had the pleasure of working with Matt and the Nexus team on a project and wanted to walk through the job we worked on together.  What are some common misconceptions of point clouds?  How do the trades use point clouds differently?  We talk about how to use point clouds appropriately when point clouds work, and even our own personal pinch points in using point clouds. Laser scanning is cool, but let's talk about implementation and use cases.
