What's your story?

Desmond started his career as a chemical engineer and quickly realized he did not experience being fulfilled in this line of work. Instead, he decided to follow his dream of being in sales, even though he had zero experience and failed at his first door to door sales job. Desmond didn’t give up on his sales career and ultimately closing millions of dollars in revenue. Desmond now trains and leads sales teams for small businesses owners who want to get off sales calls and scale revenue. Desmond is traveling the world right now and building an 8 figure sales agency and has started his podcast, Campfire Capitalism, to connect the dots between sales growth, stages of business and new tech that can support other entrepreneurs like himself. Desmond has mentored over 100 sales professionals personally to help them break into the high ticket space.

Desmond's success is not about sales, or revenue, but overcoming the story he was telling himself. Coming from a black community, experiencing poverty as a child and teen, his self-narrated story was that he didn't deserve success. As he started to tell himself a different story, share his experiences and find empathy, things started to dramatically change for him. It is this inner change that help him realise the entrepreneurial success he started to experience.
