When it comes to working in restaurants, Jason has seen every cliché in the book and lived most of them. He searched high and low for the magical job where he would make enough to support the modest life he desired and came up wanting. he had numbed my post-shift pains with drink after drink and wondered why he couldn’t get ahead. Eventually, he came to a turning point. His credit cards were maxed out and every day was a decision between food or a beer at the bar. He had convinced himself that he had to settle for less, but what he was really doing was living without hope. Once he made the decision to take control of his finances, his entire world shifted. He found confidence, clarity, and purpose. His relationships improved, as did his decisions around drugs and alcohol. His mission is to share that experience with others and change the industry from the inside out.
