About this episode
For change to take place, a change needs to take place.
So if we want things in your life to change, but we don't change, then nothing will change.
It's not a complicated formula.
We often think that change is too hard - that to get from where we are now to where we would like to be requires too much effort, and it feels too overwhelming, and it is going to take time that we don't have right now.
We tend to look at change from a macro level. And that can feel big and too much of a stretch from right where we are.
But what about if we started to think about change at it's smallest, most micro level - at the exact point of decision, in the moment the decision gets made.
And what about if change required nothing more than you doing the opposite of what you have always done?
Imagine if you could create the change you wanted to see and experience in your life, by catching yourself and asking yourself one very simple question. What is the opposite of this?
