Over the past month, the list has grown steadily with new names, including people who skipped probation after offenses like intimidation or drug. Possession plus failures to show up in court for burglary or animal cruelty cases. Cops are stressing public safety, do not approach anyone on the list. Instead, folks who spot them should dial 101 for non-emergencies or 999 right away, quoting the specific reference number provided for each suspect. One case stands out, 22-year-old Zachariah Liebert, wanted in connection with the stabbing death of 19-year-old Christopher Ikawara in, Birmingham's A. Cox Green, back on January 13th.
